We had such a fantastic stay with Minnestay at Square Bed Round House. The place surpassed our expectations and was the perfect mix of warm hues, secluded space, sun soaked rooms and cozy nooks for our family to recharge in. Our kids loved the game room and karaoke. The second luxe suite downstairs was an added bonus. We can’t wait to come back in the Summer and enjoy the wrap around deck and hang in the lake with friends. Thank you so much Minnestay!

Short staycation for my boyfriends birthday. They room was very tidy and had everything we needed and more available. Very comfortable and easy to access and navigate. Free parking too! Many really great restaurants and coffee shops in short walking distance. We really enjoyed our short stay and would absolutely book with MINNeStay again!

Our Minnestay experience was awesome. The house we rented for 3.5 weeks was very cute and comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities. Management team was very kind and responsive when we had a few minor Qs. Overall we loved the experience and hope to stay at the same place or another Minnestay property again in the future.

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect to my family visiting. The kids really enjoyed the spiral stair case to the loft and it was pet-friendly! Lots and lots of space and the beds were very comfortable.

The unit was lovely with an exceptional view of the city. Everything was clean and orderly. We appreciated having Netflix. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed. We would definitely return!

The Lyndale Bungalow was absolutely perfect for my wife and I’s time in Minneapolis. The location was perfect for anywhere you needed to go especially loved the short walking distance to the coffee shop and everything else that area has to offer. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of room and very comfy and thought out amenities. Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Minneapolis.

Our stay at Square Bed Round House was such a pleasant surprise! Our kids loved dome and the game room and karaoke. The sun filled the space and we keep warm even on a sub-zero day in February.

Location was great - quick and easy walk to Target Field and the light rail, and close to lots of great restaurants and breweries. Building felt safe and secure utilizing key fobs (and key pad at night). Space was plenty large enough for 2 people, and the rooftop deck has a great view (and lots of seating). Included parking in the attached parkade was a really nice bonus for a downtown apartment!

It was a comfortable stay for my wife and me. I worked for 38 years downtown but retired five years ago. Wow - has downtown changed - for the better! Before the area was called the "The Loop" it was called "The Warehouse District". An area of empty warehouses and closed factories. Now it is area where a lot of people live in new and refurbished buildings. It has really brought life back to the area. Along with the people a lot of new restaurants and clubs have opened in the area. With limited parking it was great to have our own parking spot in the connected ramp (easily accessible). The unit had the most "hi-tech-phone-activated" check-in / check-out process I have ever experienced (very cool). I only gave it four stars since I didn't like the furniture arrangement. The seating should face the great downtown view and not the boring inside view (like the pictures show).

Gideon's Retreat was one of the most comfortable and well appointed homes I've ever stayed in. My 3 college friends and I (next year is our 50th reunion) so enjoyed the furnishings, how well the home had been cared for and renovated, and honestly, we all felt at home. The kitchen was perfect for the private chef we hired - she enjoyed cooking there as much as we enjoyed her meal. There was every kind of pot/pan/utensil we could have ever needed. The 6 burner gas stove was a joy to use. Walking to downtown Excelsior was easy. The proximity to the lake was great and while we didn't use the kayaks, it would have been easy. We were there during a particularly warm week so we didn't use the sauna - but wow - it was so nice. The instructions told us the basement was cooler - and it was - but that worked out great for the one member of our party who is "hot" all the time! It would have been nice to have a bathroom in the basement and a mirror down there - but those were minor things. Having the laundry available (basement and 2nd floor) made packing light easy! Everyone loved the primary bedroom with it's large bathroom and storage closet. The other main bathroom upstairs was perfect with its double sink and vanity. The other bedrooms were cozy and spacious at the same time. Honestly, it's a beautiful home and we really enjoyed being there. Three of us were from out of state and we'd come back again. The MN friend is already booking another stay! Thanks so much for a wonderful week in your gorgeous home.

Entertained a large, picky, group throughout a demanding Thanksgiving week. Everything was as described (and the cleanliness was top-notch). Can't wait to sample other of your properties for future gatherings.

My stay at The Sable Lofts in Minneapolis with MinneStay was fantastic. Getting the keys could not have been easier, and the platform was incredibly easy to use whether it was via email, VRBO or their website. The unit was stunning, and I definitely see myself back there soon!

MINNeSTAY was an incredible experience for our women's retreat. From the booking to the communication between booking and arrival, and then through until the departure, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. We will absolutely be booking through MINNeSTAY again!

The house and yard were amazing, and the housekeeping was adequate. A few more kitchen supplies would have been helpful (sugar), mixing bowls, and a kettle to boil water. There was only one bathroom for the four of us, so it would have been very helpful to have some mirrors in the bedrooms, and the laundry room (which had a sink). Another bedside stand/table would also have been nice. The towels, common area, bedrooms and bathroom were all very comfortable and the yard was awesome. It's a beautiful quiet vacation rental that I would highly recommend and I will definitely book again.

The location and property were GREAT. We did have problems with our parking pass, it never did work properly for us and we ended up paying a bit extra for parking because of it. I would definitely stay here again and would just know how to navigate through the parking issues next time.

Can I give this 10 stars?!  It was really difficult to find a VRBO to stay that didn't give us grief about my husband's service dog. Minnestay definitely knows their ADA rules and provided the utmost care in communicating with me about the potential stay. The photos don't do this CUTE place justice. It's a container house, but it sits nestled in greenery (in the summer) amongst the trees across the road from the lake. The windows provide a picture perfect view. Though there are two neighbors on either side, you do not notice them nor can see them. Then let's talk about the amazing space planning and tastefully curated art. It's clear whomever designed or owns this property is an artist, so the attention to detail with the MCM furniture juxtaposed with clean modern hits the right notes. Combined with the windows looking into nature, it was Frank Lloyd Wright inspired! It was clean, and the amenities provided were above and beyond -- including complimentary wine and coffee. The ONLY downside? Two full size beds and one twin and not much bathroom counter space. But everything else far outweighs those minor cons.  We will certainly be back!  <3

I’ve stayed in 2 minnestay properties. The first experience was great - 5 stars. The home was lovely and well-stocked. No issues at all. The second was ok - 3 stars. We ended up staying during a snow storm. I received no communication about snow removal and had to track down a shovel and some boots to get our vehicle out. All the neighbors used snow blowers because it was over a foot of new snow. For what we paid, you’d think they would move the snow. I left a pillow behind and contacted them right away but after 2 attempts, I gave up.

This was a great loft. Plenty of space for my guy and I to work as well as enjoy some nice weather and views. Parking and getting the key fob to respond was a bit of a challenge but overall a great stay. The loft had a very comfortable bed and blackout blinds to ensure a great night's rest. Classic albums including Prince and Bob Dylan along with a record player were a nice touch. Spacious closet upstairs with a washer and dryer that came in handy. The patio with fireplace and comfortable seats were nice to sit out each night and just relax. Everything was less than 15 minutes away from the property.
