I was really impressed with my new patient appointment here. The ladies at the front desk were really professional and kind in answering my questions and getting me set up. Everything was really clean and comfortable. I get nervous as a fat person who was assigned female at birth going to doctors as I often don't feel heard and some doctors have a tendency to disregard anything I bring up because of the shape and size of my body. Dr. Munoz was incredibly kind and focused during our conversation, addressing all of my concerns and helping me figure out a plan to move forward. Princess did my labs and was incredibly sweet and professional, as well as giving me the fastest and most comfortable blood draw I've ever had, she's incredible. I'm definitely recommending this office to my friends and family.

I am a new patient here and just had my second appointment. The office staff are welcoming and polite. I see PA Renee LaPointe and she has been wonderful. I was able to make an appointment right away and schedule out appointments for the dates and times that work with my busy schedule. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be see after I arrive. They have a patient portal where you can communicate with your provider, keep track of appointments, and view you lab results. The office looks new and is always clean. Staying on top of your health can be difficult with work and children but First Medical makes it simple and quick to get care you need.

I see Amanda Bliss PA-C and I’m thankful I found her. She is the second provider I’ve seen at this office and one that I will stick with for good! She is empathetic and attentive. She is very thorough and explains the treatment plan in great detail. The front staff is friendly and efficient. The office is clean and inviting. This is a very busy office so there is a bit of a wait time for your appointment, but things move relatively quick compared to some other offices I’ve been. They have a phlebotomy lab on site which makes drawing your labs quick and easy. The online patient portal is easy to use and allows you to track your plan of care and reach out to your provider if you have questions.

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Lewis as my primary care physician. She embodies all the qualities I value highly in a doctor: compassionate care, exceptional listening skills, comprehensive attention to detail, and clear communication. It’s a relief to have found someone after 54 years who can adeptly manage my overall health and coordinate with my specialists.

It was so smooth from start to finish. The front desk treated me with such kindness, the doctor was amazing she was able to answer all of my questions along side educate me. I can not for get the MA she most definitely ranked #1 on my scale for the smoothest draw, I’ve ever received in my life. This office makes it great for me to want to return and make this my new PCP home. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience here, from the second I went online to schedule an appointment until the time I left the office after my visit. The staff and the facilities are all 5 Star. It was my first visit but I still felt like I was an important patient and all my needs and concerns were addressed. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment and I will absolutely come back to this office whenever I would need those kinds of services. Between the ease of making an appointment online and the modern facilities and cleanliness, my experience could not have been any better.

She was professional and quick and I never felt her stick me for blood. I would recommend this office for sure!! The front personnel were also kind and professional, great experience!!

New patient; From the walk in the reception was welcoming and informative! Dr. Munoz was informative and asked great questions to get a feel for where I am health wise. She also has online appointments to speak about results when they come in. The phlebotomist and MA there by the names of Princess and Kim were also great! Excited to have this office as my PCP
