While never being one to order a substantial piece of furniture without seeing/touching it, the moment I saw this desk/chair, I knew it was the one. As I scoured the internet looking for something similar (and closer), my husband secretly contacted Myra, who responded quickly, answered all his questions, sent additional photos & even a video. The desk/chair arrived well-protected, just as described & even a couple of days earlier than expected. I use the desk every day & couldn't be happier. If we ever make it to Hudson, we will definitely stop in Magic Hill & say hello to Myra:)

What a fabulous store! It’s creative and colorful with a throwback that is retro in the most fabulous way! Their products are made with amazing quality. The designs are spectacular, and most of the designs are inspired by the artwork of one of the owners. I was fortunate enough to visit both of their stores and was greatly impressed. Do yourself a favor, and make sure that you stop in next time you’re there. You won’t be disappointed, and I will be back!

Magic Hill Mercantile is an amazing shop. I purchased a couple of pillows from them off of Etsy and they did a custom special order for me. Their pillows were of a high quality velvet, beautifully-made, and really brighten up my space. I smile every time I look at them and they were exactly what I wanted. They have super responsive and friendly customer service and kept me updated about each step in the production of the pillows. Their furniture and accessory selection is unique and high-quality. I would absolutely recommend them and will be a repeat customer soon.

Phenomenal merchant. We purchased a mid century modern chair that we fell in love with and they delivered the chair to us in New York City three days later. Super friendly and helpful, and incredible items. Absolutely love our new teak chair from the 1960s.

I just purchased a MCM slat bench via an online sale from Magic Hill and the whole process, from winning the bid, to coordinating the shipping, to delivery, was so smooth and seamless. The piece was well-packaged and arrived in NC in great shape. I contacted Magic Hill with a question about the piece after I received it, and Myron (the owner) was so kind and responsive...
