Tyler knew exactly what I wanted by the description I gave them, and was able to show me options and when I decided on the perfect watch for me, Tyler was able to get it fit to perfection. The price point was right on the money, and the whole communication and transaction went swiftly, and worry-free. Most accommodating. I took in a watch for a battery. I had taken it to 2 other stores in the past few weeks and no one could get the back off. Sherry took it and within minutes she returned with it with a new battery in it. Also offered me a 3 year warranty on the battery. Excellent customer service and patience.
