Ive been going to house of gains for about a year and a half. They always have everything I need. There protein shakes taste amazing and the employees always have a great positive attitude! Nice renovations by the way!!

Everyone who works here knows what they are talking about and is passionate about physical fitness so you can trust they try it all themselves and have real feedback. They also have the best shakes in town. If you lift, run, fight, or care about health check it out!

They know exactly what they’re talking about, they have the best protein shakes, and their items are reasonably priced. They have an offer with energy drinks all the time with like, $15 for a dozen cans. Good stuff

Kody is always there to greet me with a smiling face when I walk in, the staff is knowledgeable when I have questions about different products, and I always leave the store feeling better than when I walked in. Great place for your fitness needs , drinks ,protein, fitness apparel, fitness gear,vitamins supplements ect. And no ones perfect so that's why 4 stars . We all make mistakes. But great place to buy your stuff at in the East end of town. Plus they have a 2nd store in Lancaster which iv only been there once
