I came in after tearing my ACL on a ski trip. I had surgery back in April. It is now August and I'm so happy with the progress I've made here. Ann Marie is top notch! In 4 short months I'm back to some of my activities and feel almost as good as new! They're amazing here and I've always felt comfortable coming in to do my physical therapy.

Great new facility and close to my home. Megan in Physical Therapy is awesome and is really helping me with my recovery. She listens to my concerns and come up with solutions to optimize my health outcomes.

The Rehabilitation front counter staff are friendly and helpful. My provider is amazing and we've hot so many of the goals for my PT - it's exciting! She's also the director of the program and I see her working with the other providers and staff in such a professional and caring way. They are fortunate to have her (as am I!)

Unfortunately have had a not great experience with physical therapy at this location. Most of my osu healthcare experiences have been incredibly positive but that was not the case here. The reception staff does not answer the phone at any time throughout the day even though there are 2 people, every single time I’ve called it goes to voicemail and I’ve called over 10+ times all at different times of the day when they are open. When I scheduled with them they would not return my calls so I had to call another OSU PT location who then gave Dublin a call and told them to call me even though I left days of voicemails. They will ~sometimes~ return the phone call and randomly call you back at a random hour during the work day which is not accessible for anyone who works a 9-5 job. It was so bad that I genuinely could not schedule via the phone, if I wanted to schedule I had to do it in person because they don’t answer their calls. During my time here they told me they could get me OTC orthotics one week, and had to confirm with my doctor and insurance, OTC orthotics are much more accessible due to the cheaper cost. The following week they told me my doctor confirmed this was okay, however they made the internal decision within those 7 days to no longer offer OTC orthotics and got rid of all of their OTC orthotics so my therapist had to apologize to me for offering me an affordable solution that would help and then yanking it back the next week. In my single session with my new PT at a different OSU location I did more and felt more improvement than I did with 5 weeks of PT at this location. This location could not get me in for an orthotics fitting until January-while my new place was able to get me in for a fitting in less than 2 weeks. I would not recommend this location to any family, friends, or my worst enemy for that matter. Update: They also billed me incorrectly, which was pointed out to me by another osu facility. This facility should’ve billed me my normal 15 dollar co-pay, instead they billed me 140 dollars per visit (total cost 1400 dollars). On top of this, the person I spoke with when I originally wrote this review told me that I would be billed 15 dollars a session and the other facility was wrong for telling me that Dublin billed me wrong (but they in fact did).

Mark is the best physical therapist in the world. I’m so lucky and thankful for his help. The office staff are kind and understanding. I highly recommend OSU PT in Dublin.

Another example of OSU excellence! The facility is very clean and staff is friendly. My PT Nick Smith instructs, listens, and provides feedback - he is on top of my progress and I am seeing results. This is the 2nd time I’ve been in therapy and my 1st time with OSU PT. This has been a far better experience.

Tammy emphasizes various ways of stretching that relieve my muscular aches and pains and as a result I take fewer pain meds. She also has shown me techniques to massage painful areas of my knee and leg that lessen pain. My exercise routine combines moves that are challenging yet ultimately strengthening which gives me a sense of accomplishment and hope.

Funky knee due to tennis. Barry, my PT, was awesome. Carefully reviewed my status and spent time figuring a good plan for healing and strengthening. He gave me confidence to use the knee by helping my push through my fear of movement.
