i just came to drop a letter and they made me wait more than 30 minutes while the employees are just gossiping and laughing and others just walking like if they have nothing else to do but to waste visitors time

These people don't answer the phone and all that voice talking no good can't get into my portal because someone using it and my name and when you call for Uber you get weird people you need to run a background check on them that's what you need to, my suggestion is the calls why because they don't give you a option to talk to a real life person

I'd give them a 4.5. Mainly because my fiancés address was changed on her account without her knowledge. It really messed up a lot of things. They still don't know how it happened. Besides that, the service there was great. Quick and friendly.

My first experience with them was a doctor that rushed me through my appointment, every time I had a concern I was told that we would get to next month at the next appointment. Told she would write me a prescription that she never did. She sent a referral that had to be rescheduled three times because every where I was told to go didn’t accept this insurance. Not a great plan.

I have had cancer and went through several treatments and when I felt the doctors weren’t giving me the proper care I call Kern family in desperate help. They have been so concerned and helped anyway the could letting me see out of town doctors approved any test requested and gave me a lot of support of the phone they have been great. Thank you

KFHC wants to always do the right thing—even tho it may sometimes be very difficult. The responsibilities of the organization is unmatched in terms of proper local government administration, and they aren’t even considered a government entity—striving to be an accountable care organization.

I would give higher stars but the operators never listen right and they have all these new things happening with no warning I’m my husband’s caregiver and I can’t go with him to his appts using transportation smh what a company

Everyone here has been so kind, helpful, patient and very efficient. They truly make you feel like they care about your health & safety. I’ve never experienced this with any other company. If I could give them all flowers I would! Thank you kern family for going above and beyond.
