The entire staff was very courteous and professional. Always a comfortable atmosphere. I've had several different appointments over the years and they all have gone smoothly. I would definitely recommend using them.

The staff is fantastic! My daughter needed an emergency x-ray and ultrasound and they were able to give us an appointment with minimal waiting time. Great facility and great staff!

Got me in last minute due to an error at a different office that forced me to have to reschedule unexpectedly. I called this office in Newton the morning after the original appointment was cancelled, hoping someone could fit me in somewhere and the man who I spoke to was so helpful and accommodating. He was able to fit me in that day and even tho I was a few minutes late to the appointment since I had been coming from work they still were able to fit me in and I couldn’t be more appreciative. All around a great experience.

I went for an MRI. It was an easy process. I have to say the two technicians that were in the room with me were amazing. I am not the easiest person to get blood from or put an IV in for contrast but they got it! They took their time, made sure everything they did, didn’t hurt me, kept checking to make sure I was okay through the whole process. I kept apologizing because I have such tiny deep veins and I know how hard it can be but they didn’t give up! I would highly recommend this facility!

Friendly, professional staff. Quick to help and answer my questions. Went in right at my appointed time. Tech made me feel comfortable and went about her job but still took time to communicate with me. Explained when report would be complete. Highly recommend.

This was a most efficient & pleasant experience at Image Care of Newton. From check in to my technician (who name escapes me so sorry)who handled my two procedures it was a breeze. The technician explained each step and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

I forgot my paperwork but was able to have my doctor’s office fax it over ahead of time. Check-in was very easy on the iPad. The medical professional who performed the mammogram (tech?), Deirdre, was very professional and pleasant. Very highly recommend.
