This studio is amazing! Ladies if you are looking for an experience where you are coached through tricks on the pole then this studio is it! I am surprised by how much my body can do and would’ve never known if I didn’t try. It is so fun! I know how to do the genie move during my first class!

Amazing experience for my bachelorette! Lauren was great & is the best instructor!!! Would definitely come back for more classes if I lived in the area. It was a good mixture of fitness (warm ups, stretches, dancing) and sexy (pole tricks, floor work, etc). The best part is they take their time and break down the moves in an entertaining, easy to understand way. none of us felt confident at first and then all walked out feeling the total opposite! Loved every second!

I went through a 4-week beginner course and loved it. Simone is a great teacher! She makes everyone feel welcome. For context, I have no strength in my arms/shoulders and I don't work out regularly, so I was nervous whether I can handle any pole tricks. By the end of my 4th class, I was able to do all spins in the curriculum AND hold my full body weight on my arms. I highly recommend Impulse Pole Studios! Already looking for my next drop in class.

Love this studio! The instructors make you feel comfortable and they teach all levels. Have learned so much since being a member and always look forward to my time at the studio. All the students have been really welcoming and it is a great community of women to be involved with.

I have never ever ever wanted to post a review so fast in my life. This place is AMAZING!! We had a complete blast! Our instructor Sarah was so sweet, fun and welcoming. I love this place! I started taking classes the end of February 2022 and I shortly became a member after taking one of the beginner 4 week courses. I have been taught by multiple instructors and I have to say I love them all. It's a great atmosphere and I love having a little me time. Getting to make some friends is an added bonus as well!

We had a great bachelorette party here! Our instructor was so much fun and allowed us to express ourselves fully during this class. Loved the tricks she showed us- all the girls were buzzing all day from it! Thanks again!
