Things couldn't have been easier!!!!!! I went in at 12:30 to meet with John Willingham and ended up signing the most perfect lease by 2:00. I found a one bed room in the perfect location, with bus routes, washer and dryers, and not to mention- I didn't have to do any work other than apply. Thank you John!! I am thrilled that he placed me in a safe neighbor hood and that my one bed room looks immensely nice for such a great price.

My son got accepted into Texas State University and needed a student off- campus apartment immediately...Not being familiar with San Marcos, I contacted Apartment Pros and Tendai helped us find a nice place...He answered all my questions and phone calls and believe me I called him a bunch of times...He was so patient answering all my questions too....When we made it to San Marcos, Tendai spent the whole day showing us numerous student off-campus housing apartments until we found the perfect place for my son....Tendai then went out of his way, and gave us a very thorough tour of the campus and the town... I cant thank him enough for doing an amazing job for us...He made the experience so stress free too...I highly recommend using Tendai at Apartment Pros with all your housing needs....

Apartment Pros is so helpful! John Willingham was not only able to find me prospective apartments in San Marcos and Austin, he was also able to get me the price I wanted. We went over budget, needs, and even floor and decor preference, and he went to work building a list. He was also an advocate for me when the complex I chose accidentally changed the rent price after the application. He was professional, polite, and persistent in finding me exactly what I wanted in my price range. I would definitely suggest John to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience, and I'm going to remember Apartment Pros next year when I move!

Cody made my experience in finding an apartment incredibly easy. He told my roommate and I our options and showed us pictures, then took us on a tour of a place that we ended up applying for! He was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend his services!!

Cody was unrelenting with finding me an apartment, and even went out of his way to make sure I could find an incredibly short lease. After finding my apartment and signing a lease, the apartment we found cancelled on me, and Cody immediately tried finding me several other apartments. He even figured out why my initial once cancelled. In the end I found an apartment at a lower cost than expected and with a lease that was exactly as long as I needed it. I would recommend anyone these guys, they rock!
