STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. After only 2times of entering that cesspool the staff are Completely unprofessional. Completely unorganized, processing time way behind schedule, an not too mention the gossip about patients personal info is through the roof . I was deferred For Life over a issue of "leaving the premise after signing in ". Right as I get done reading the policy form I ask the front desk staff if I could walk out across the street to buy a drink to stay hydrated.. she then told me I "couldn't leave after signing in". When the policy says "you cannot leave after Finger scan process" . Long story short this Is the reason for a Life Deferral ?? These staff are unprofessional an are going solely off of personal emotion when there are people in need of Blood an plasma..

The place is extremely dirty looking and the management is incredibly rude. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I had a terrible experience. Drove over an hour just to be told that, they need a doctor's note that I discontinued a medicine that is on their acceptable medication list-- something that I have not been on for over two years. The woman in management was extremely rude, she even mockingly said to me as I was leaving "good luck with Christmas", full knowing that I was planning on using the compensation that I wasn't able to get on Christmas for my son. Steer clear of these people.

So, you can donate twice a week. You can donate on Wednesday, skip Thursday and Friday, and Donate again on Saturday, skip Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, donate again on Wednesday, repeat. What they will not let you do, which makes no sense. is donate on Tuesday, skip Wed, Thurs, and Fri, to donate on Saturday. Even though if you look at a calendar and count the days like we are in elementary school, from Saturday to Tuesday, there are two days in between. From Wednesday to Saturday there are two days in between. But you can't donate on Tuesday and Saturday... only Wednesday and Saturday... What?

I like donating blood to save lives. It's very important for everyone.

The staff is knowledgeable and treats donors with respect.

I went today for my first time. All of the staff were exceptional. I had a tough time and I felt very taken care of. I am going to try to go back again, and I probably wouldn’t have if not for the staff. Thanks to all who were there today and helped me ❤️

The place itself is okay. The environment not. Pretty sad when you're a new donor waiting in the lobby and all u can hear is everyone talking about doing drugs with needles and meth

Staff was nice but I couldn't donate due to my medications. The specific one, which they told me was my reason for being disqualified, wasn't on the disqualification list in the binder they gave me on intake so maybe it's time to update that list.
