Had to surrender my dog back to the ark because she bit my great granddaughter. Have had her for 6 years--very attached!! The staff at the Ark was super respectful,very sorry for what I was going through, and assured me they would find her a suitable new home. The aide that took my dog, took her for a walk to calm her down. Then came back to me so I could pet her--have no idea where exactly she took her,but I could not hear if she cried when I left. So I am assuming my dog did not see me leave. Thank goodness for that because I am afraid I would have gone back for her. Thanks to the staff for being so caring and respectful of my feelings. I left knowing my dig was in good hands!

This place is horrible. My Father in his seventies paid money for a dog he couldn't keep and they refused to give him his money back. Very rude people. Have no issues stealing from the elderly. I would stay away from this place.

Wonderful people doing wonderful things. Nice place, friendly folks. We adopted our awesome dog from here - they provided excellent care and got her health issues fully scoped out. Very thankful for all they have done.

I adopted a wonderful Tuxedo cat 6 years ago and my friends have adopted from there too. The people are so loving and kind. The animals are well taken care of and shown lots of love. They are worthy of any support that can be given.They are the best I have seen.

Very clean facility with happy animals. Assistant Manager Allison was knowledgeable and professional. The staff was involved with the animals on each occasion that I was there, feeding or playing with them.

I have volunteered here and everyone was nice enough. I believe you cannot just drop off an animal whenever you want. Usually lots of kittens some dogs .

What can I say about The Ark that hasn't already been stated. They are just Wonderful people with Huge hearts, who care deeply for the pets they care for. On a personal note, my Russian blue kitty Niko ,almost died from urinary blockage and they along with several others helped to provide life saving resources to save my sweet boy. Today my boy Niko is doing well and thriving like his old self. #Grateful2TheArk I also adopted my girly girl Sheba from them several years ago, and she is just a delight. The 3rd kitty is a feral we saved from outside, her name is Kymera :-)
