Best ham I have ever had. I brought in a 300lb hogg. Hang weight. ;) And I asked for one large ham for personal consumption. We cooked the ham low for 18 hours. After this place already smoked it for 12. This ham weighed 42lbs. I did not add anything to this until the last hour of cooking. I added a little home made glaze. This ham was a hit. Everybody was infatuated with the size and the appearance. And one the meat hit their lips. They couldn't stop eating it.

Everyone who works there, loves their job, it really shows in their product. The owner is an amazing man, very generous with his time, and very excited and proud of his product, as he should be. We shared a very nice conversation about what he's all about. Small, cute shop, has a very "at home feel." I will be coming back many times.

Sent our steer there. They are very nice to work with, and the price was very fair. My only complaint is that unless you specify different, everything is cut very thin and small. I was very disappointed to see how small and thin our steaks and london broils were cut. I'll make sure to ask for much thinker cuts in the future.

We had two pigs butchered for the first time here and it was an excellent experience. They were very friendly, easy to work with and let us change the date to a month sooner with no problem. Unloading was simple and our meat was ready within 2 weeks. Excellent flavor sausages and well packaged cuts. Couldn’t be happier and will recommend them every time!

I had a couple pigs done here and they are true masters of the craft. I have had good butchers but they are great everything is well packaged and delicious. They are very open to show the organized and clean facility and cut your animals to your liking. I will be a repeat costumer for sure because it’s hard to find such an excellent butcher.

We recently sent them one of our steers for processing, and they did an excellent job! Tammy was super friendly and knowledgeable and made our transaction so easy. She showed us their processing areas which were very clean and organized. Because the beef was processed for different buyers, it was clearly labeled and divided up by crates which made packing/loading a snap. Their customization of beef cuts and processing techniques exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality processors.
