The sales rep (Ilka) was wonderful to work with. Listened carefully to what I needed and suggested many options. She was knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making and most of all, fun to work with.

Be careful how you treat people and please use this as an opportunity to review your processes. When I’m hiring an interior designer from a store, what I don’t need is forceful being asked about the budget when I tell you there is not one but I have limitations. So what you did was missed out on opportunity up to $50,000 because you’re so money focused I call that Pennywise but pound foolish now I’m not saying I won’t buy anything out of your store but it’ll be because the interior designer that I pick comes there not because I will. It’s highly unlikely I ever will come into that Athena store. Seems that is the norm when you have 6/1 employees to customers, it’s your processes! be blessed!

I have always enjoyed going to Havertys fruniture and I went in yesterday (Sunday) to purchase some stuff for my bedroom. I was helped by Ilka, she is super helpful and very sweet. She has an amazing attitude and was very informative about sizes and pricing. I would highly recommend if you're in the hunt for some good pieces to add to your home you ask for Ilka!

My sales representative was helpful with explaining the features of the different lift recliner chairs without any sales pressure. He was courteous and patient with me. The admin staff were professional and friendly. I bought furniture pieces several times in the past from Haverty's , and I plan to continue to purchase from them. I have looked at other furniture stores for a specific pieces of furniture, but I always come back to Haverty's as they seem to have exactly what I have in mind. They have an expansive selection of furniture and accessories. Their payment plans are very helpful with being able to make payments without interest.
