The new PA is terrible. Very vindictive. This is no longer a place of healing. It's all about the profit margin. The changing of the guard can be a little awkward. Ignorance, arrogance and bullish behavior does not make for a preferred atmosphere. Such is the way with this new health care provider.

Best Dr I've ever had without a doubt!! No beating around the bush with things , no feelings of why won't my Dr. Actually listen to what it is I'm saying , no feelings of I'm just another paycheck patient to them. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. Or practice sad to see Dr Daniel Jackson go. Youve been of great pleasure to me and helping me with all my crazy needs and health issues . Thanks again doc you'll be dearly missed!!

Danelle Jackson is one of the best Doctors I’ve ever seen. Not only does she listen to you, she also shows empathy. She is there for YOU and to help YOU! She has helped me with my health more than the ER has. I’ve left the ER because they said I was fine and when I would for a check up with Danelle, she would find what they missed. My appendix could have exploded if it wasn’t for her to calling the ER and explaining everything. I may not still be alive if Danelle wasn’t in my life. The staff and nurses are also empathic and will also go out of their way to make sure you are okay! I can’t stress it enough how much I love being a patient of Danelle Jackson! Thank you Danelle, your nurses and staff for making my well-being healthier.

I've been going to Danelle Jackson for 10 years. That speaks volumes in itself. She's always been a straight shooter with tact and I like that. All the staff are very accommodating, helpful, friendly, kind and caring. They can assist you with any of your needs. I recommend this facility and personnel 100%‼️

Doctor Jackson is not only looking out for my well being! She listens and always has the best common sense ways to handle all my health issues! She even looked at my financial chart and noticed I was between Insurance providers and said let me offer you a prescription discount program that allowed me to secure my medicine right away at a lower cost! Shelbi Is the first Dr I've had in 15 years that actually listens and gets to the bottom of situations. She goes above and beyond with every visit; one of those rare Drs that you can tell truly cares about their patients. I can't say enough nice things about this Dr. The staff are always very kind and polite as well. Ive thoroughly been impressed with how well I've been treated by everyone there, at effingham, then Mattoon and Charleston. Please continue what you do. Ppl need medical staff like y'all!

The staff is professional, caring, and highly proficient at their careers. They know when to be tactful but yet they also will joke with my kids and myself to help relax the situation. I'm very happy with the care me and my two teenagers received from SIHF and the staff. Im relieved to have them as our family care center, and we look forward to many more years with SIHF.

My experience with SIHF Healthcare - Charleston goes above and beyond positive. The staff are pleasant to deal with and as for my PCP, Shelbi Birch, she takes the time to provide the care one needs.
