They created an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement. My order was for a service I could not attend and they sent me a picture of the flowers before delivery, which is a wonderful touch. Great customer service and high quality flowers. I would 100% order from here again.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Colwell Flower Shop. I chose Colwell due to the other positive reviews. Hester assisted me in my selection, over the phone, for the perfect floral arrangement and wind chimes for my babysitter's (who is my 2nd mommy) life celebration. The floral arrangement was colorful and cheery. I wanted it to look fresh picked from one's flower garden, and it did. Hester said she dressed the wind chimes with a bow, but she added beautiful flowers, as well. I was very pleased with the beauty of both when I saw them at the funeral home. Before they were delivered, Hester sent me a picture of the floral arrangement and a video of the wind chimes when she was finished creating the arrangements. Unfortunately, the wind chime video would not load. Hester also texted me when the arrangement and chimes were delivered to Smith-Varn. I am very grateful for her exceptional care, professionalism and sensitivity to fully meeting my requests from start to finish. I will be a future customer.

I am in Kansas City, MO and my dear friends recently relocated to New Philadelphia, OH. These are real special folks and their 60th wedding anniversary is today. On Tuesday, I googled local florist and hit this gem. I called and spoke with Hester.
