I was delighted with this place. My daughter got sick after our vacation and I didn't want to take her to the ER because waiting time is crazy. I found this place looking on the internet and I called around 11am and they told me I could take her without an appointment. The place was about 10 minutes from my house. This place is excellent when I arrive to the place with the baby the front desk took my insurance and ID and within less than 5 minutes we were call inside, I didn't have to wait at all where in other places you have to sit for hours. Then the doctor took about 10 minutes to come in the room and see the baby. I recommend this place 100%.Great place and great service, everything inside was so clean.

Absolutely terrible!!!! My grandson has been here on a few occasions and the doctor's are very dismissive. Our grandson has a fever, labored breathing, rapid heartbeat and he's lethargic and they said there's nothing we can do. They also said he didnt have a fever but at home and in the ER, it's 103.5. His mom decided to take him to Saint Barnabas and they have found all these things wrong with him and are currently working on him now. I don't want to assume why he was treated this way, we just know to never visit this location ever again!!!!

The nurse was great, the best one, but the doctor was the worst I ever met. Zero patience with kids and family. Rude. He (Luis W.) seems to disturbed. No empathy and lack of professionalism. He didn’t care and negligently. He does not have the skills and competence to work kids or people in general. Unfortunately, i had to take my son to another doctor. This doctor doesn’t care about the patients. So, I hope no mother have to face those kind of “professional” when they most need. The facility deserves for sure an away better Doctor. That man is NOT a doctor, or at least never acted as one. Just an unhappy man projecting rudeness and ignorance to mothers and children. With no care or respect. No, thanks!!! Ours children deserve the Best!!!

I brought my son here because he was complaining about pains and had a fever. The doctor told the pains were from him throwing up and him being constipated from not using the bathroom possibly. Told me to just keep giving him Motrin and Tylenol every three hours.. My son continued to complain of pain and fever wouldn’t leave. Took him to the emergency room who I explained the same thing too and they even did x-rays. My son has pneumonia and I don’t see how this doctor didn’t see that which could have prevented so many things. I guess since they were so close to closing they were in a rush to get us out instead of finding out the real issue which could of prevented so much more pain for my child and the breathing issues he has from having pneumonia.

The visit was pleasant, friendly staff, nice doctor. BUT, when I tried picking up my son’s medicine, the prescription was send to the wrong pharmacy. Called them to send to my pharmacy, but pharmacy informed me the wrong pharmacy had already processed the prescription and needed to be canceled first, or it would not be covered by my insurance. It was a nightmare to get it right and get my sons medicine. Also their “how did we do?” survey did not work.

They are such an amazing place to go to! So kind, very attentive to the parent’s concerns. They time they take to attend a patient is so quickly and the wait room is always running smoothly. My daughter’s favorite part was the ice pop. She loved the doctor and even asked her own questions, in which the doctor responded so well!! Thank you!

Horrible experience, I came in because my child had a cut on their face and was turned away without the Dr even looking at the cut. The lady at the front desk went to the back asked if it was ok for me to be seen and I heard him demand I go to the ER. Here I am 20 minutes later at PM pediatrics urgent care and they took me right away.

Never bring your child here the Dr was very dismissive towards my nephew. We ended up taking him to his primary dr today and they gave us the answers we needed thank you for nothing.

Don't waste your time coming here! After an hour of waiting they told me that they did not accept my son's health insurance... and they do not clean as it should be.... Long waits to leave again how you came.
