My family and I have lived at the Avalon Marlborough for a little over a year. We live in a one bedroom with a loft and use all the amenities in the building (gym, pool, dog park). The apartment is spacious, quiet and VERY quiet!! The Avalon staff are exceptional. Each member of the Avalon staff go out of their way for the residents. Elizabeth, Mike and Erik in the office are always available to answer questions. They are extremely welcoming, professional and efficient. Our dog loves stopping by for his daily treats! The maintenance staff couldn’t be better. Damien, Saul, Kevin and Eric are the friendliest people and they attend to any request within the day, usually within an hour or so. Our maintenance issues have been minor, however we had an AC issue the other night and Saul came in the middle of the night to help us. Highly recommend living here!

We've lived at Avalon Marlborough since 2020 and in general are very happy with the community and with our unit. Our apartment is large and spacious and feels like home. The community is safe and well maintained. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that since we've been here going on 4 years, I feel that the apartment could use a bit of a refresh that the apartments get when someone moves out and since we haven't moved out, it hasn't gotten that. There are areas where the paint could use a refresh. I mentioned this on renewal, but nothing came of it. Otherwise, we love living here. It's convenient to the highway and to many restaurants and stores.

I lived at Avalon for 2 years, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful 2 years! The best community I’ve lived in by far. Very safe and quiet! All the staff are amazing from the office to the maintenance were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I never had an issue that wasn’t addressed and in a timely manner. The apartments are also very nice and spacious. The only downfall I would say is the rent increase when renewing your lease, other than that I would definitely recommend living here.

My family and I have lived at Avalon Marlborough for 3.5 years. We have really enjoyed living here! The property is safe, quiet and well maintained. Elizabeth in the office was incredibly kind and extremely helpful when we renewed our lease last year. We are so appreciative of all her hard work and help! The maintenance team is exceptional! Kevin, Eric, Saul and Damien go out of their way to make our experience living here great. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient and they continue to go above and beyond! With each request, the team has done an amazing job at communicating and resolving any issue quickly. We truly appreciate and we are so thankful for such an amazing staff!

Maintenance is great!! Raphael and Saul especially have been fantastic during our stay. They respond quickly, and are always so good with our pup. Raphael, while fixing a window in our bedroom when he saw the hardware for our curtains leaning on the wall, asked if we wanted help hanging them. We said yes, and he hung them up so quickly! He went out of his way to be sure we didn’t need anything else. If it weren’t for him, we would probably have never installed the curtain rods! 😂 Thank you!!

Rafael Alvarez did a fantastic job repairing wall damage. You would never know there had been a problem, and even the paint touch up is perfect. Fast, courteous and excellent maintenance service. Much appreciated.

I've lived at Avalon Marlborough for coming up 2 years. I truly love the community and how it's kept well-maintained. It's a quiet community tucked away from traffic and noise. The grounds are clean and whenever there's an issue to fix, the staff is on hand to resolve it quickly. The Leasing and maintenance teams are top-tier: friendly, professional, and helpful. Two team members who always provide exemplary service are Saul Garcia and Kevin Holland. The people make a difference and these two are the epitome of professionalism. I've never had an issue they couldn't resolve and appreciate their thoughtfulness and expertise. They've made a difference for me and I appreciate them. If you are looking for a safe, well-maintained, friendly, and quiet community to live in, Avalon Marlborough is the place. Though the units are a bit pricey, the benefits and staff are top-tier and worth it.

We’ve lived at Avalon for over 6 years and it’s a beautiful community to live in. Lots of amenities, the community is well kept and the office staff including the community manager, Elizabeth have been super friendly, responsive and lovely to deal with. Also, placing a maintenance service request is super easy and efficient thanks to the resident app. The maintenance team promptly answers the call and keeps you well informed throughout the process. Recently, we had Saul helping us with a request, and he was awesome. Super knowledgeable and thorough. Ensured we were safe and happy. After electrician walk thru hearing we were safe gave us peace of mind. He did everything in his power to ensure the work was done well and we were happy. He has gone above and beyond many times and we very much appreciate it! We feel we are in great hands no matter what!
