Jerrol's is your one stop shop! I recently moved to Eburg to help open a new hotel in the area, which has meant needing lots of new office supplies. Every time I've gone into Jerrol's, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I'd highly recommend!

Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. And it's not just the knowing where items are in the store, it's the additional knowledge and even background of their personal experience that is always beyond my expectations. Ordering items and getting them next day (like specific printer ink) that I cannot get anywhere else is the biggest benefit. I appreciate the kindness and smiling faces, definitely leave feeling better about my day. Rolf/hiring folks, you do a great job at finding the best people to support Jerrol's in the best way.

The clerk was helpful and friendly. Retrieved my order promptly. The entire process of calling in an order for you to bring in a book for me, contacting me that you had received it, and then completing the sale in a manner that gives me the perception that I am a valuable customer is what earns my trust as a customer. It is such a pleasure to do business with Jerrols.

The employees were nice and they were quick to help locate items. The store had a lot of art supply and hobby stuff in there. It will be my go to hobby store. Just wish they had more rc stuff then just Traxxs

There is always someone ready to point me towards the section where I will find what I'm looking for, or look something up in the catalog if it's not in stock. Excellent customer service!

I stopped by the purchase an ink pad just hoping they might have one and did in several colors. However, not one decorative stamp to go with them? I was thinking there might be at least a wildcat, but nothing but business stamps like Received! Please consider stocking a few stamps Thanks

This is an awesome store! They have just about anything you could possibly need or want from R.C. cars to printers and office supplies. I amamazed at how cool this store is every time I walk in.
