I dozed off for a second and someone took my ticket and cashed out now I know it's not there fault but the way they handled the situation was unbelievable. They let a bunch of homeless ppl loiter around, they are very unprofessional they are not customer friendly but more confrentational and just ridiculous I would advise anyone not to go there. Me and my friends will never return there ,morongo is up the street go there

I enjoyed it not being too crowded not far from me easy to find and and good selection of slots I hit $100 $300 to $400 and several $10 all night

Soboba Casino is very clean, the staff is great and the staff that brings out drinks on the cart is very good and extremely fast. The Security Team is absolutely, amazingly, fantasticly great at their jobs. I left my phone on a slot machine about an hour before I left and realized I left it. The Security Team had apparently seen on camera that I left my phone on the slot machine. Went to grab it, they grabbed it, and brought it to the Security Team booth. Also I like how they made me describe my phone on the outside, describe the wallpaper on the lock screen, give them the code to unlock the phone and also give them my phone number to call it as a last Security Check. Awesome Awesome Awesome.
