In town visiting a friend and he said we had to go to this local favorite. Place from the outside seemed underwhelming until you go in. Complete change from the outside as there was a ton of character and chill atmosphere. Large leather couches for friend s to gather, games in the corner to relax and play, even a small arcade of sorts with free Super Nintendo in the back! The taproom is a bit cozy but If you’re not vibing inside there’s a large outside deck and even larger patio area that you enter through a spiral staircase. Plenty of seating all the way around. Now on to the fact that there cider and meads are killer! Personal favorite was Raindancer but everything was legit. Not only do they have a fun atmosphere but live music when we were there made it even better. Also if your drinking their delicious beverages you’re gonna get hungry so why not get a taco or some grub from their menu. All in all super happy to have gone here it was a perfect recommendation. Stopped by for the first time today. Really enjoyed ourselves. Had two flights , the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in deciding what we should try. Also had three tacos and beef nachos all had great flavors.

Absolutely amazing! Wonderful service and ALL of their beverages are high quality and made in house. I fell in love at first sip! I'm definitely coming back, hopefully for one of their many events because it looks like a blast!

Absolutely fantastic! The most accepting environment in all of TriCities..... Drag show was so awesome! The ghost pepper chocolate mead is so freaking good! One of the most friendly and accepting atmospheres that I have experienced. The staff was quick, accurate and patient and the performance was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Pretty good cider. Got 3 flights of a variety. If you like cider, stop in and try some of theirs. 20 different ciders, but they have more than just ciders. Friendly staff and laid back, very comfortable atmosphere with pet friendly patio. They have light snacks as well to go with your ciders or drinks.

This place was well worth the time and the energy in here is awesome. Madison the bar tender was great and was very helpful in selecting the best cider for my palet. Look forward to the next time I make it in here from Houston, TX and the vibe was on point. Thank you for the wonderful service and conversation. I love Gypsy Circus Cider Company. I have enjoyed their ciders since before they opened the Taproom. The original Thirsty Orange brew fest (I'm fairly certain they had a lot to do with this) had me talking about them for a long time. Then we brought our food truck there for a few years and fell even more in love. The variety (love all the dry options), their expertise, support of all of the community and their love of experimenting keeps bringing me back. The staff is also amazing, although it has changed quite a bit over the years, the owners pick amazing brew tenders and train them well. Most recently I've been enjoying brunch there. Bottomless cidermosas and simple, yet delicious, food options are a great way to start your Saturday or Sunday. Last week we brought the whole family, and Madison, one of the newer bartender staff members, was amazing! We arrived as they opened and she was by her self. Not only did she do a great job with recommendations for 2 of our guest that haven't been often, but she was accommodating to everyone of all ages with us. We played games and had a blast. Thank you to all the GCCC staff, but a special thanks to Madison for being so nice to our crew!

This was my second time at Gypsy Circus Cider Co. and it did not disappoint. The ciders are amazing! Be sure to try Jack Tales and mix in some Vote 4 Pedro for a little cinnamon twist. Madison, our bartender, was quick to give advice on what would suit our palates. She was quick and efficient and made us feel at home right away. We ordered food, and everything was delicious. The Brussel Sprouts were perfect. The chicken nachos were very tasty, and the tortilla chips thin and crisp. DO NOT MISS THE FRIED PLANTAINS!!! On my death bed, I'll be asking for these for a last meal!

Jonathan was fantastic. We got to try a bunch of different cider and cider/mead mixes. We had a great time and enjoyed everything including the food. Don’t miss out on the house cheese and pretzels. Also, don’t miss the Jack Tales cider. It’s fall in a glass or can.

The staff is lovely and what ciders we tried were super good! Their smoked meat could use some work though- it was a tad bland. Overall great experience! Madison was awesome! Super caring with all of their customers and contributed to the chill & awesome atmosphere

Gypsy Circus cider is amazing. They only use natural ingredients and are all so tasty and flavorful! The bartenders are always so nice and make you feel welcomed and are helpful with getting you a cider, or beer that fits what you like. Madison is the best!

This place is wildly good. The service was incredible. The bartenders were patient and walked me through an unbelievably large mead/cider/mead/wine menu. The Southwest Salad was so flavorful and filling. I also had the pretzels with cheese, which were delicious. There's something for everyone on the drink menu.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and great drinks. The bartender was exceptional. The only reason for 3 stars is because we paid a $5 entry fee each person and for two people for a total of $10 and the show was at the end so we were only able to see 4-5 minutes of the drag show. The man at the door didn't advise us on the time the show would be ending and according to their Facebook page it started at 8 and it didn't say what time it would end but they close at 11 and it was 9:20 and the show was ending and we arrived at 9:15-9:16. If the man at the door would have let us know it would have saved me money since we specifically came for the show and didn't get to enjoy it. What we were able to see of the show was a lot of fun and I was sad it ended just as quickly as it began. I hope to be comped two tickets for the next time.

What a find in Kingsport, TN. Great selection of ciders, meads, beer… live music on Friday and Saturday. Nice food selection.

wow! we were passing thru on our way home. we did 2 tastings to try most of what they had on tap (so 8 total). they were all really well done. the mint julip and pecan were funky, not in a bad way, just really interesting. liked the cider enough to buy a mixed case, and 4 bottles (basically one of everything that had to go). oh, bonus - they appear to do lots for the community and were dog friendly! if you are passing thru, I recommend checking them out. (they have food, but we didn't try it - saw people get their order, looked good, but can't say anything more) - May 2022

Amazing experience here. I looked on “the brighter cider of life” here with Madeline. She really listened and helped me pick a perfect cider (x2) for me. Madeline rocks! Great place to stop on vacation!

I’ve never been inside the establishment, but Cassie mentioned the cheese and cider pairing for Valentine’s Day, and it ended up making our night in SO much fun! We stopped going out for Valentine’s Day for the past few years because we enjoy staying in with something fun to do together so much more, and THIS was it! The pairings were amazing, the instructions really added to the experience, and we’ve decided to stop in the next time we have a night out. Thanks Cassie!
