We went here to get my son oil field boots, but they did not have a good selection. The store is amazing for western wear..... they have a huge selection. We ended up leaving with this awesome black felt cowboy hat. My son looks great in it. The staff was so helpful and the prices were very affordable. The building is tricky. It doesnt face to freeway so we had to park twice. You actually go in to where I would think the back of the store would be. Maybe this is done becuse it faces the hotels and food establishments near by.....honestly not hard to figure out. Great place and He loved the hat!

Love this place! If you're not careful you can easily spend a thousand dollars without realizing it! They also offer military discounts! Friendly staff! Excellent selection of clothes, whether it be FR work clothes, everyday country and western wear, or cowboy wedding! They have everything to outfit you with exactly the country and/or western look you're going for, from your head to your feet and everything in between, including your scent! Only 4 stars because of the price. Other than that, top-notch store!

I usually buy all my cowboy hats and jeans at Cavender's so being a loyal customer I believed that I could call them anytime if I needed help with anything regarding boots and hats but boy was I completely wrong! The girl answers and acted rude and unprofessional, absolutely no courtesy, it's like it was a bother to help me. I just had a question about getting my foot measured for a cowboy boot and the boot guy was not knowledgeable at all and didn't care to help me find a solution or answer to my question. In the end all he said to me was go to a foot locker or try stretching the boots! I couldn't get my foot in the boot to begin with! I wear a 7D in Military boots and Work boots but cowboy boots sizes are different. I just needed some help and good customer service but I received absolutely nothing! I never treat my present or past customers this way I strive to give them the best Customer service so we can continue doing business together. Honor, Integrity and loyalty have gone out the window now a days! Very disappointed!

Permian Basin cowpokes, if you need your hat fixed up Avery is your guy. He fixed and cleaned my twenty five year old weathered hat and made it look brand new. Great service, will be back.

Usually I stay away from chain western stores, But this Cavender’s will always have my business. As long as the feller behind the hat bar is still shaping hats! Kid does an outstanding job!

My husband and I went it was nice visit. They welcomed you when you come in, that was nice! Then we looked around, my husband liked their belts, but they didn't have his size. He loved the boot sections, very nice styles.

Great selection of boots and other Western wear.

Great staff. Came with a friend, ended up looking at boots. I needed some socks to try a pair on, and asked the sales lady if they had any booties. She replied "no, but you can use my socks if you'd like". I can't say I opted to use them, but the gesture made my day. Happy with the Double H's I bought and will be returning to shop again soon. Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service.
