Worst worst experience!!!!I would give it a zero if I could. First it took like 3 hours to go in then an hour inside the room to be seen. Secondly I was supposed to get eye drops and they gave me ear drops!!! When I called to let them know they were already closed so I went the next day early because I wanted my medication. They basically told me that it was the same medication but the box clearly says “FOR USE IN EARS ONLY”. The lady in front was really rude, she said she couldn’t do anything because I had opened the drops, I said yes because I trusted that it was the right medication. She kept telling me that it was ok to use the drops I told her I used it on one eye and the pain was horrible. My eye pain was worst after the drops I demanded drops for eyes not ear and she kept being rude. She kept telling me I had to move because she had other patients I insisted I needed my medication or a prescription or at the very least my money back. After being there for like an hour she gave me another bottle of drops. I took them Home and when I was about to use them I checked and they were expired. I couldn’t believe this, I went back and they made me wait for another hour just so they could call in the prescription. I am so disappointed by now it’s Almost 24 hours and I still don’t have my eyes drops. I receive a message from a pharmacy that’s in Huntington Beach when I clearly told me I needed in Santa Ana, I called the clinic and they put me in hold, made me wait 15 minutes and they never answered. Called back and explained again I couldn’t believe it’s taking this long for some eye drops. Please don’t waste your time here clearly they don’t care about patients they only want the money. You would expect them to try to make things better for the patient after all this hassle but no they kept being rude!!! Will never come back after this horrible experience.

They didn't want to take care of my child and they saw at 10, I went at 8 and they didn't want to take care of him anymore.

I went in without an appointment, they told me it would take 30 minutes for the vitals and 15 minutes to see the doctor. Lie, it took 3 hours. The rude elderly doctor, without manners or empathy with her patients. He treated me like a dog.

This place was awesome! I don’t know why they only had 2stars because they were extremely friendly and I only had to wait 2 mins after checking in for my appointment. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. This is a great clinic

Came this urgent care around 12:45 I got call in 2:05, MA did the vital and did not tell me to wait outside, door was open wide they are passing by and never said anything to me or sending me out Then I asked one of the MA when m I seeing the doctor? They said I supposed to wait outside Bc of others patients before me😡 But why did the vital? I never been any doctors or urgent care does this way 😡 Or they mistakenly call me in? I have been wait since 12:45pm This is so ridiculously

This morning I found this local Urgent Care that accepts my insurance and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours. The front office staff was extremely polite and professional from the minute I walked in. I completed my health questionnaire and returned it to the front desk. I only waited another 15 minutes or so before I was called back! The Clinical MA was extremely nice and comforting. The Physician was also thorough but efficient. He sent in my Rx electronically to my pharmacy and they had it filled right away. I highly recommend Advance Urgent Medical Group!

First of all the staff is awesome, the female doctor there is not. Gave me a prescription without really talking to me & in the end I went to a second Dr to get a second opinion & they were like, "WHY'D they prescribe this to you for a HEADACHE!?" And kept repeating, "don't take this" a few times because it's not safe for the 2nd/3rd trimester (which I am). I'm pregnant, went in for severe headaches that had been ongoing for a few days & rest, medicine, etc have not been helping. The attending staff did my blood pressure & stuff & asked questions, great! Afterwards I waited for the Dr for an HOUR in the room & no one bothered to check in on me (reminder, I had a killer headache throughout). Finally, the Dr walks in and the only questions she asks are, "so you have a headache?" And "you're pregnant?" No questions about the type of pain I'm in, what I've done about the pain, no other talks about if I've had other symptoms, etc. Nothing. Just came in and prescribed 3 things to me (2 of which aren't pregnancy safe, class C).

I'd give -5 stars if I could don't ever come to this place my dad got in an accident and came here to get some physical therapy they charged him $150 for supposedly 4 sessions for 2 weeks and the nurse supposedly said it included the xray pictures and graphs we came back and they were strict on their time to come at 1pm came at 12:40 the doctor came late and they wanted to charge him an extra $150 as well as when my dad mentioned his about his case ans lawyer they wanted to charge him more. If you wanna live or get healthy don't ever come here ever worst place ever

Wait time is very long. Facility not very clean. Dr rushes with questions and leaves the room quickly, not giving you a chance to ask your own question. Do not recommend this urgent care.

They had my daughter and I waiting for an hour in the back room just to move us to another room for another hour. It was unprofessional and very rude. The woman that work there are rude and make you wait on purpose.

How is it possible that they send students to practice their profession... and the girls are so bad that they don't even want to help them with anything... how selfish... no one is born knowing and we are always learning... so don't pretend to be great...and don't even think you're more than anyone else...the new girls who are students want to learn from you so set an example and don't give them the frills...a uniform They don't make them superior to anyone..!!!! What a lack of respect....!!!😒😒
