Numerous people told us that Landings was the best in the area, and after roughly seven months, I have to agree. They were willing to work out a special arrangement rooming arrangement for my mother, one that has made the transition from living alone as comfortable as possible. The administrators and medical staff have responded to every question, often late at night. It is an impressive place.

This facility is absolutely amazing! The residents are very well taken care of. The staff is amazing and the Executive Director Brooke is is absolutely incredible! She is So kind and loving and will help you with anything that you need.

This job was great. But I got falsely fired. But there the manager is always right. I defended myself cuz what was being said was a lie, and they told me I was lying cuz I defended myself. I was with a resident in the dining room. There was a lot going on that day, now they had told me if I am upset to walk anway annd come back, which I did. They said I was wrong I cant get up and leave at the dinning table but I didn’t leave her alone. My co worker was with her she had already ate and was eating her dessert I was constantly getting cussed at and didn’t wanna say anything out rhe way. So I said I’m not gonna finish feeding you ima get someone else to. Which was the girl standing right beside me. And she finished feeding her the ice cream, and a manager had said I said something that I don’t remember saying. But they were in the kitchen. Not just that I was not loud but they said rhey heard me but the girl that was standing right beside me that I have spoken to recently and she even said she did not hear me say that. Not just that the managers don’t do as there suppose to. When your low staff there suppose to come and help but they would rather leave you alone then get out there bed. Hate to put a bad review on this place. But I love all the residents but this place needs new management. When you dont suck up to them. You get treated differently and fired.

My father has been a resident of The Landings of Albemarle for 2 years and I am still singing their praises! The staff is fantastic and management is very attentive to the residents needs and ensures each family feels at home. LoA is very clean, beautifully decorated amd we are so happy with our choice!

This is a wonderful facility. The few times I visited, I noticed the genuine friendliness and concern toward each resident and each employee...it appeared to be a team effort type of establishment that you do not always find at other places.The facility is beautiful and clean.The Landings is definitely a place I would have placed my parents in if there had ever been a need for it.

I toured the facility earlier this year when we were seeking care for a family member. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff members were so nice and seemed to genuinely care about the residents. Brooke answered all of my questions and is a real gem!

My experience with The Landings of Albemarle was great! The staff was very helpful. The lady I talked to Brooke was kind and helped answer all of my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area!

My Mom lives here and enjoys it so such! It is a beautiful facility with the most caring staff that always makes my Mom feel so special!! It was a true blessing when my brother found this great place for our Mom!!
