The service is very good. No worries, no stress. I booked online, just arrived the day of the flight, leave my car with the valet and went on the shuttle bus like 3 minutes after leaving my car. Very fast, very easy. For my return I just sent a text saying where I was, they picked me up really quickly and my car was already ready when I arrived. Definitely worthy and is pretty much half the price of the airport parking.

Absolutely fantastic. Can’t even find anything to suggest for improvement. Drop off was easy, luggage transferred by staff. Pick up quick, driver called in number and our car was waiting. Luggage transferred and with prepay, no need for further action , just drove out. Couldn’t have been easier. Best experience ever for airport parking.

Very impressed with this site. Excellent customer service. Upon arrival…no wait. Immediate valet service, courteous and loaded our bags onto the shuttle right away. 4 minutes later we were quickly on our way to airport. Driver Marcello was very kind and courteous. The ride to the terminal was quick & easy. What I really like is the indoor parking. You don’t want your vehicles finish contaminated by all the pollutants in the airport air. We will use PNF again. World class service & prices reasonable. Thanks.

Quality service. Our family travelled to Miami for the first time and for 3 days or so we had to find a place to stash our car as we took the flight to Puerto Rico. Tried to search "long term parking" near MIA and this facility pops out. The reviews are TRUE and HONEST. Convenient, super easy to follow steps, we were "completely covered" by Park N Fly staff from out of car door to back to car door. Shuttle on time and took only <5 min to terminal. And on our return after out of the terminal sent the text another driver showed up less than 2 min. Car was ready in the garage near the shuttle stop with receipt printed inside. Highly recommended!!!

The valet service was great. My only (very small) complaint is there were only 2 shuttles running last night at 9:30pm when we were looking to get picked up. But aside from that, the service was top notch, and if I ever fly from Miami again I will be using your services. Can't give half stars here, but if I could it would be 4.5/5. I am rounding up.

They were very professional, fast and accurate. Even though, it was new year eve 2am, the shuttle was running according to their schedule. We got picked up on the way back and no wait times. Definitelly a trustworthy company!

What a great experience-we dropped our car off and were immediately taken to the airport to our departure airline. The driver was very helpful and all the staff was extremely professional. When we returned from our trip, we had a text with clear instructions as soon as our flight touched down and our van was at the airport within minutes. Our car was ready for us when we arrived and the parking facility. Everyone we met at this company was courteous and their process of getting clients in and out in a timely manner is exceptionally well-organized. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great customer service & amazing employees. Will be using it again. Upon my night arrival my car would not start, they attempted to jump start it but the battery was completely dead. The Manager allowed me to leave vehicle over night so I could get home 2 counties away. I had the vehicle towed the next morning to a local shop to get new batteries. They made an unfortunate event go by hassle free & for that I am thankful. Thanks!
