I just have to share how thankful I am for these guys! I was on a trip north with a bus that I had broken down in. No parts available anywhere of course. I walked from where I was broke down to napa in Bloomer. Max was the first to help me. They didn’t have the part but Max went out of his way to call around to some locals and found a like part. Their parts delivery driver gave me a lift to the place to purchase the part, then to the store for more tools, and finally back to my bus. I was able to successfully fix my bus when everyone else told me it wouldn’t happen. These small town guys know what true customer service is! Jay saves the day!!!! What a wonderful human! Driving thru when a bearing on our trailer went bad. It was a Sunday afternoon and Jay just happened to be at the shop enjoying the local parade. He not only had the parts for our trailer but replaced the bearing himself! We really can’t thank him enough for all that he did for us!!

Greatest parts store I've been too. Glen, Jay and all the guys are terrific. Gotten me out of a jam many times. Best part is we do enough business they run my parts out to my house, over 10 miles from town!

Just passing thru. Jay was super helpful and they had the parts I needed in stock as always. NAPA stores are usually locally owned, they’ll always be my “go to” over the big box stores
