My wife decided she wanted to start welding. I went in yesterday to get some supplies. I know nothing about welding. Chris was very helpful! He got me everything I needed. He gave me his business card and told me to call anytime, even on Saturday, and said he would be happy to help us get my wife’s welder set up.

If you're going to AirGas.. just stop.. First time customer and I was in and out with a filled 80cf 75/25 tank in a few minutes. They were super friendly and helpful. I could not have had a better experience. Airgas ripped me off so bad. Walking into Humphries I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it had to be cheaper than AirGas.. I was blown away when they gave me the quote. It's not as if airgas overcharged me by $30, $50, or even $100... It was literally hundreds of dollars.. ON A SINGLE TANK! If Humphries was a 10 hour drive away and AirGas offered same day delivery to my door, I'd still make the trip to Humphries. So glad I found these guys🙏

I have been a client for a few years now and it has become my No.1. Chris and Danny are the absolute best! They are so kind and patient. I'm here at least twice a week and even though I may not know the name of a specific part, I always leave with exactly what I need. I purchased a Lincoln Ranger 305G last night, and Chris and Nate went above and beyond to make sure the equipment was in ready-to-use condition. I would absolutely recommend this place for all of your welding supplies.

These guys are the best. I called ahead and showed up right before they closed. NASCAR-style shielding gas cylinder exchange (superfast ) and picked up a box of my favorite .035 hardwire. I have a Miller Multimatic 215. Love Welding with 220 V.

Chris basically gave me a free class about my specific welder and the supplies that I was purchasing. Thank you for your patience in helping a newbie out. Might I also add that this company is local and still manages to stay competitive on pricing compared to the large companies that are focused on quantity sales. That in itself is an accomplishment. Chris was awesome! I called to ask about chaps, he was very helpful. I have a boot on from ankle surgery so I needed coverage to weld while sitting. When I showed up (on crutches) to check em out he let me sit down while he ran and grabbed the perfect pair for me. It was by far the best shopping experience to date for me. Great customer service on the phone and in person as well as great pricing.
