I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at The Boot Life! My daughter wanted western boots for homecoming and struggles to find the right size and fit everywhere. That all changed when she called The Boot Life and spoke with Ariel! Not only was the place gorgeous and well stocked, but Ariel sat on the floor to help my teen find the exact style, fit and size she needed! The personal attention alone was worth the drive from out of town, and I’m thrilled to say we left with boots! Many thanks and blessings to Ariel and team!❤️

The Boot Life is amazing! The employees are great, but the owners are wonderful! I definitely recommend going there to buy cowboy boots, and some nice jeans. They are expensive, but definitely worth the amount of money. They will last awhile.

The staff mean well, but they are way overbearing and dont allow you to shop freely. It feels pushy. I wont shop here because of this reason. Otherwise a well put together local shop.

So my husband and I used to shop here all the time however we went and got him a pair of work shoes to go back to work and we decided to take them back and get our money back because he learned he was gonna get a voucher we took him back they have a return policy and everything was within the guidelines they told my husband no since he had worn them. He had not worn them the only time he put him on his feet is when the gentleman made him sit down and try Em on and walk around the store in Em. They couldn't give his money back but the crazy thing is we found out that none of their shoes are brand new every shoe that they sell is on display so you're buying a shoe that a million other people has tried on to put their foot in. I'm not even mad that we didn't get our money back he kept them plus he's getting a voucher but we will never shop here again when I go buy $200 plus pair of work shoes I want them to be brand new I don't want them on other people's feet. So instead of saying wait a minute let me check to see if we had that size they don't because they don't stock shoes in the back they come and bring you the empty shoebox that the display shoes that you're getting ready to overpay for goes in that's all you're getting from the back. SO BACK TO THE PAINTED COW GIRL WE GO && ARE GOING TO STAY... I tried sharing the love in between stores but when you treat a customer like that knowing that what you're selling isn't brand new we can't deal with that.

Great people and a great selection of quality clothes and boots. I'm going to be going back for more clothes. I only found out about this place from Google and it's the best place I've found to shop at. Anyone looking for a great place come here.
