Wayne (Butler Homeacre Route) is awesome! He always waves or honks the horn to my daughter who is usually waving out the window every collection day. One day he returned our bin for us and left us a Christmas Card. To which my daughter then made him a gift in return that my wife ran out to him. He got out of the truck and personally thanked her for the gift. Thanks for going the extra mile, Wayne. She enjoys the interaction every collection day. We are very fortunate to be on your route. I got you a little extra gift for you as well. Hope to catch you next time I’m off. I will also be working Christmas and the day after so it will probably be the New Years collection when I catch ya. Thanks again for all that you do every week and doing more than what is required.

I want to thank WM for picking up our recycle bin (after we forgot to put it out) when the driver was returning to the landfill later that day! Customer Service was so helpful and contacted the driver with the special request. We really appreciate the extra effort and exceeding our expectations!

They are usually pretty good and reliable for picking up my normal bins. However, when I put out one bulky item that weighs less than 50 lbs I never know if they are actually going to pick it up. I shouldn't have to pay extra fees to take something to the dump they could easily grab. Waste Management clearly states one bulky item less than 40 lbs and that shouldn't be questionable if they will actually get it or not.

They are extremely reliable and never damage my cans. I like that they remind you of possible delays due to holiday or weather. I left my previous waste collectors because of continuous missed stops and damaging multiple cans. I wish I would have started using WM much earlier

Overall, the service is good. The people who pick up the garbage don't give us any issues. However, my prices just keep escalating without any notification and $50/month for a single can is getting pretty crazy. Definitely considering shopping around. It used to be $32-$34/month only two years ago.. Must be all this building back better nonsense I keep hearing about.

The service we've received is first rate, from basic refuse to recycling. Service is reliable and we always receive adequate notice for any anticipated delays and holiday scheduling. Every pickup comes early and the container is placed back in a secure place, keeping it out of the street. We've used the Bagster service once and found it convenient and easy to fill and have everything picked up efficiently. Knowing us and how we accumulate "stuff", I'm sure we'll be using it again. Keep up the good work!

Very poor communication, never called back multiple times when they said they would; if I didn’t call them there was no communication. Billed my credit card before ever delivering dumpster which they never delivered!! I was given multiple fabricated excuses of why it was never delivered and why I was never contacted. After a month of waiting I cancelled contract and am waiting to see if they reimburse my credit card.
