We
have
stopped
going
here,
but
right
before
we
stopped
boarders
were
removing
their
horses
due
to
lack
of
proper
care
and
feeding
(from
what
the
borders
told
us,
we
did
not
personally
board
a
horse
here).
I
did
however
witness
some
underweight
horses
and
poor
hoof
care.
We
did
not
stop
coming
here
because
we
didn't
enjoy
coming
here,
it
is
a
beautiful
farm.
We
stopped
because
firstly
our
children's
riding
instructor
left
here
to
branch
out
in
her
own
riding
business,
and
we
loved
her.
And
secondly
during
my
husband
and
I's
riding
lesson
our
instructor
punched
a
horse
over
and
over
in
the
forehead
right
where
it
would
hurt
the
horse
the
most.
I
understand
reprimanding
a
horse
so
they
don't
throw
or
bite,
but
this
was
excessive
and
horrifying
for
horse
lovers
like
us
to
see.
Update
09/21/22:
Unfortunately
things
have
not
improved
at
Winsome
Farm.
They
have
actually
gotten
worse
and
a
horse
died
due
to
plain
laziness.
When
some
of
the
last
boarders
left
over
the
death
the
owner
verbally
attacked
them
as
if
they
didn't
have
the
right
to
leave
when
they
wanted
with
their
horses.
They
have
lost
most
of
their
boarders
and
honestly
I'm
glad.
These
are
people
who
just
don't
deserve
this
beautiful
farm
or
the
horses
on
it.
I
try
not
to
be
too
critical,
but
in
this
case
lives
are
truly
at
stake.
Do
not
board
here
and
avoid
this
farm
if
you
love
horses.
Rest
in
peace
Billy.
