I visited Ally on Sunday, December 3. I was greeted and checked in quickly by Andrew. He was very polite. I was called back in a very timely manner by my nurse Sharon, who was very compassionate, listen to my symptoms, and assured me I would be taken care of quickly. I was seen by NP Dale. He was compassionate, listened to my symptoms as well, and quickly got me taken care of. I was in the facility for less than one hour. I am very impressed with the quality of care and the quickness. All of my needs were met. I would like to add that Dale called me a couple of days later just to check in to make sure I was doing good.

I had one of the best experiences at Ally tonight when I took my daughter in for an ear infection. The checking in process was smooth, quick, and Ms. Erica was super sweet and informative. She made it a very nice experience and presented excellent customer service. Our nurse Vicki was super fast, sweet, and quickly took care of my daughter. Dr. Cross came in not even 5 minutes after we got there and immediately assessed my daughter in a positive manner.

When I arrived Valerie and Zoe were incredibly kind and helpful. I was blown away by nurses Amanda and Tanya. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. This is my third time visiting Alley medical and each time I have been met with incredible professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. More here than most hospitals I’ve been to. I wish more facilities had a staff like Ally Medical

Susana greeted me with a warm smile and concerns about my conditions. She explained the paperwork clearly which ease my nerves. Amanda and Dr Pham both had excellent bed side manners. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Overall I left feeling a lot better than when I went.

I recently had an urgent medical situation that required a visit to the emergency room, and I cannot praise the this Ally ER enough. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout my entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the medical team was prompt, thorough, and communicative, making sure I understood each step of the process. The facility was clean and well organized. The nurses and doctors exhibited genuine care, taking the time to address my concerns and explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt confident and well-cared-for during a stressful time. I'm grateful for the outstanding care provided by the entire team that cared for us that day which was Susana, Sal, Joan,Sharon, Dale, and Dr Racey. I would highly recommend their services!

Despite feeling horribly in pain, this is by far the best experience I've ever had at a doctors/ER in my life. The whole staff was super kind, patient and quick. The front desk lady Isabelle, she was so kind and helpful getting me checked in. Nurse Vicki was attentive and quick to help me with everything. Dr Dwyer was also amazing. She was very through and sweet. The tech Anthony got me swapped and tested as quick as possible to get me on my way. Hands down the only place I'll recommend or ever go to for future needs.

This is my second visit to this urgent care and all I can say is I’d rather come to see them rather than go to a doctors office. Starting with the front desk person, who is and has been extremely helpful, compassionate and caring, to the nurse that tended me both times(caring and sincere), to the doctors that spoke to me (thorough and understanding) and to the tech that ran my scan, so gentle and respectful!) . I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m so happy we found them! Thank y'all ALL for being wonderful!

Dr.Pham, nurse Robert, Shelby and Kali took excellent care of my brother when he came in for stitches last week. Lynda quickly had the paperwork done and processed. Best visit considering what was going on!! Great team!
