I travel a lot for work. Often times I'll stay at vacation rentals or AirBnBs when my stints are longer than a few days, and none of the places I've stayed in the U.S. compare to this home. It was so very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Check in and check out were easy. Instructions on how to connect to wifi, as well as cleaning protocols were easy to access from several places in the house. We stayed in the fall, so we weren't able to use the outdoors, however, the backyard was immaculate and looked like the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue and relax. My friends and I were able to comfortably relax in the living room with the fireplace going. It was also in a delightful neighborhood which was easy to navigate to and from. I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter plays college soccer, and I needed a place to call home on this 2 game, 4 day road trip from Texas to Oregon. Staying in a boring hotel just didn't excite me, so I turned to VRBO. Another player's dad and I decided to experience Fernwood Circle Guesthouse mainly because it provided us a living room, kitchen and separate bedrooms. Alexandra communicated very well with us prior to our arrival, and once we arrived, she was absolutely wonderful and gracious in welcoming us. Immediately, we were impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the Guesthouse! The bedrooms were exactly as they appeared in the pictures, and overall, the house was even nicer than the pictures showed! During our 3 night stay, Alexandra went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and to extend us several small touches that showed us that she appreciated us. She was also extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on places to go, routes, restaurants, wineries, brew houses, you name it! We loved seeing the family of deer one evening and the next morning in the yard! How much did you pay them to do that! ;) If I ever make it to Oregon in the future, I will absolutely stay here again! I can't recommend the Fernwood Circle Guesthouse enough! Thank you Alexandra for such a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful week at the Everglade Townhouse visiting family in the area! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the private outdoor space. Very spacious and open main floor. So nice to have a washer and dryer to use while we were traveling. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Great communication on access to the unit and prompt response to any questions we had during our stay, very professional service. We will be back!

The Highland Dell house was amazing! It was the perfect home base for my commencement at OSU. As a returning adult student, my family is at both ends of the age spectrum and the house suited our various needs well! Alexandra went above and beyond to make celebrating my commencement a special occasion for the whole family. The house was the best part of our stay. I am forever grateful to Alexandra for her kindness, consideration, creativity, and attention to detail.

My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay with Fernwood Circle Guesthouses for the past two years. After many years of him working in Corvallis for the Christmas tree harvest we were tired of the pricey hotels, or very subpar hotels to save some money. This year we stayed at Redtop place and it far surpassed our expectations. It was so nice to have a place to cook and relax with our toddler while he was working. We enjoyed walks, puzzles, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and even a few sunny days out on the patio. I was homesick after a month of being away, but I did wish that I could bring the bed home, it was so comfortable! The house was very well stocked, and if we needed anything or suggestions for dinner or anything else, Alexandra was always on the spot to help out. Last year, we stayed at Creekside cottage for a few days and loved the little guesthouse, the creek outside, and the little patio there...the owner even brought out delicious cookies one day! The location would be perfect for parents visiting college children. Alexandra does an excellent job creating a home away from home, and the best part is, there is a housecleaner which enabled me to spend some quality time with my daughter. There are several parks around, the beach is about an hour away, and my daughters favorite was the bouncy house downtown. We definitely plan to use Fernwood Circle Guesthouses again next year!!!

Our 3-day stay Redtop Place two weeks ago was a wonderful experience. (The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and it is a 10 min drive to the heart of Corvallis.) The house, and the kitchen in particular, is extremely well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The family room is cozy with a great fireplace, and the master bedroom and bath check off all the right boxes. We cooked to our heart's content in the spacious kitchen. Alexandra was terrific in her communications with us and is an excellent host. We were particularly appreciative of the added touches she provides that few other hosts do. After asking for our preferences the fridge was stocked with milk, eggs and butter, and two bowls of fresh fruits and berries, as well as breakfast items like raisin bread, organic granola, and more. We've rented from Alex before and will do so again the next time we are in Corvallis/Philomath.

What a gift! My husband and I just returned from a first rate stay with Fernwood Circle Guest Houses. The "Garden Cottage" was spotlessly clean, which made for complete comfort during our stay. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The cottage and neighborhood is very quiet and serene. Alexandra made sure we always had fresh fruit and cereal. She was available for any questions we might have had about the area. My husband and I will be relocating to Corvallis in the near future. Alexandra couldn't have been more helpful. She offered her assistance in anyway she could during our search for a home. One day during our stay, she offered to show us different areas in town that might appeal to us. She also showed us two short term rental properties that would be available while we looked for a home in Corvallis. They were both furnished with impeccable taste, in lovely neighborhoods. Alexandra truly did make our stay a complete joy....Thank you!

Everything about my stay at Fernwood Circle was perfect. Alexandra was a kind and gracious host who made me feel as though I had been invited by a dear friend to visit. She was attentive to every detail of my stay and made herself available for questions and some great conversation! The home was completely accessible and comfy. It was a soothing, quiet and calm respite for me after 6 weeks of traveling. The kitchen was impeccably organized and perfectly stocked. The network and television worked without issue, but the living area was so cozy and warm that I chose music over television and settled into a good book. I slept in the Sage Room in an amazingly comfortable bed with soft linens. Alexandra provided wonderful organic grapefruit/ginger products to complete the bedroom atmosphere. Fernwood is centrally located near the University, great restaurants, cute shops and walking along the river. This was a wonderful experience and one I would repeat again if I return to Corvalis.

What a beautiful home! We stayed 2 nights at 47th place in September and everything was perfect. There were only 3 of us so it was more space than we needed but it was lovely. It didn’t look like anyone had ever set foot in the home before us! Such comfortable beds and perfect family room for watching the Beaver football game! Alexandra was so helpful and even recommended restaurants for us. She also made sure we had coffee and breakfast items waiting for us. It was fun to stay in a cute neighborhood off campus during part of our stay. Very close to campus and fantastic restaurants. Unfortunately, the home is booked for our next visit in a couple of weeks, otherwise, we’d be back!

Spent two months in this very clean and well stocked condo. Location to Corvallis sights and activities was very good. Well lit, lower level condo facing Walnut St. Alexandra, our host, kept in touch and offered any assistance we needed. Amenities in the condo were very good.

Good Place to stay and more convenient accommodations. We had a wonderful hospitality of our needs and also kitchen utensil, and other needs are provided good manner to us and cleaner's services also so neat and clean in timely manner.
