Today I was at Southlake Neurology for my Vyepti Infusion for my migraines. The staff there were very friendly and professional. The infusion center is awesome when you need a quick release of migraines. Haley is awesome! Today she went over and beyond her call of duty for me. All though I didn’t get the migraine resolved she did all she could while I was there to make me comfortable and at ease. Dr. Imam is an awesome doctor and does a great job at explaining things to you and helping out when needed. I’ve been seeing him now over 15 years and I won’t go to anyone else! He is the greatest in dealing with migraines as he suffers from them too…he is also a great sleep wellness doctor as well.

The staff in this office is wonderful, the medical assistants are very caring and know there job well. My insurance wouldn’t pay for a drug so the medical assistants did alot to help me get a discount. The Dr. Is very friendly, kind, he explains things very well.

I think PA, Lindsey Cunningham is such a bright delight each time we meet! She is friendly, empathetic yet professional & highly knowledgeable of different disorders & medications. My sole complaint would be the temp in the exam room always seems to be way too warm. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who has sleep issues or any other neurological concerns!

Dr. Imam’s staff members are all outstanding! They have been so helpful with mom and her first experience with a neurologist.

Staff here is super nice. I don’t like going to doctors in general….but actually enjoy seeing them. They make me feel comfortable and are genuinely attentive to my needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent listening, analyzing and proposing treatment including effective diagnosis/drug/treatment management from Dr. Imam with support from friendly, curious, efficient, and accommodating supporting staff.

This was my first sleep study. My experience at Southlake Neurology and Sleep Center was exactly as I expected. My sleep technician Surgey was very professional and explained the entire process to me upon arrival. I would highly recommend them.

Denise Butler is one of the worst doctors I have seen. She didn’t suggest any type of follow up after I failed 3 different medication regimens, prescribed new medication without talking to me twice, didn’t document the major fall I had, and didn’t document the finding Dr Iman found on my MRI when he came in the room. When I was talking to the MA, I was told if I made a new appointment for my fall, it would be considered a new concern. The MA didn’t see anywhere in my charts that I had a serious fall and the only thing she documented was migraines. Not the fact that my medical history included a fall that knocked me unconscious for an unknown amount of time, the amnesia that happened immediately after the fall, and that I can’t remember the fall. She also didn’t document the short term memory loss, confusion, and frustration I was experiencing because of the symptoms. Honestly, I have no idea how she a provider.
