This place was recommended to my by a friend as a must stop while I was in town and it did not disappoint! Great selection of all kinds of different fresh sausage, jerky, and more. Loved everything I got here and will be stopping again next time I'm out that way! The fresh hot sausage was really great FYI!

A coworker that used to live in Louisiana brought in some jerky to try and it was so good I had to order three packages of it. This is the best beef jerky I have ever had. Make me want too up and move so I can enjoy all they have too offer.

I love the beef jerky. You can’t go wrong. It’s pricy but SO WORTH IT. I always get a little depressed when I eat it all. The employees are wonderful. They work effectively and quickly but you never feel rushed or like a bother.

I Would go here whenever I could scrape together cash while I was in college. I still make the drive for the Turkey or Hog head cheese,andouie,blood sausage boudin,cracklin and jerky. Its worth the drive and their cuts of steaks and chops are the best. Best Butcher around. They now offer online ordering and the on-site parking had been expanded since I moved out of the area and the inside of the store has gotten a face lift.

Stopped in here on the way to Lafayette from Nola. The boudin here is amazing but Steely Dan was playing when we walked in so they deserve a billion stars. Can’t wait to return for the boudin burrito!
