What is going on with this business? I am on keep-fill and I've seen the truck one time this winter. Now I am less than 5%. I called last week and told them I was less than 20%. What the hell kind of business is this? No one answers the phone. I leave a message and get a call from Madison? Folks, if you can't get me propane, let me know and I will gladly go elsewhere. I have to put one star up on the Board or I can't even post this, but this is horrible. I will be finding someone else immediately.

This Company is HORRIBLE! Ever since Countryside merged into Landmark/ALCIVIA, Nothing but problems. You pay for propane, and fight and call and call and call to see why it's not being delivered. Nobody has an answer for any of it. Put on hold, transfered, propane shortage/supply 365 days a year?!! Residential Propane is not a priority to them.

It's always nice to get a dividend check from the cooperative, for sure, but someone needs to look at the envelope before mailing... The amount of the check is clearly printed above where it says "pay to the order of" and my name and address in the cellophane window of the envelope! Are you asking for it to be stolen during delivery?!

ALCIVIA is truly an excellent place to work at. All the work locations at ALCIVIA does have that family culture feel to it. Everyone cares about everyone. At ALCIVIA, you have that perfect work/life balance, which is great that they promote this. The benefit package is top notch, and they are leaders when it comes to compensation. Lastly, ALCIVIA has numerous examples of promotions throughout all the business units, so the opportunity to grow is always there and the managers across the board do an excellent job with helping their employees grow and succeed.

ALCIVIA is a great place to work. They offer a great benefits package along with competitive compensation plans. Customer success powered by engaged employees is the vision for ALCIVIA, and I truly feel the people that work here make this a great culture to be in. There is opportunity for growth in many areas with support from management and leadership. I appreciate that ALCIVIA has a safety-first culture and gives back to our communities in many ways. I love that they are part of the history within our community.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would!! We bought a home November 10th and are new to needing propane. After calling and calling them, I finally got someone to return my call, who left a voicemail indicating where I could find their application for service. Their application was incredibly confusing for someone new to propane, so I called and called again for assistance, no response. I completed the application the best I could and submitted it on November 6th. After a month of not hearing anything and the application saying pending on the portal, I again called and called and eventually got someone. She indicated that my application was in the pile but that they would work on it that day and I would receive an email. We are now at December 27th, the application still says pending and I again, can’t reach anyone at Alcivia - Durand. Obviously they don’t want or need business, as their actions are showing.

We started out with Countryside 12 yearas ago and there were no issues at all. Since they joined the co-op, there is a decidely different attitude. When you finally have enough money to pay for a fill, they lecture you about letting the tank get below 20% (even though they are well aware of your situation because they insisted on having a promise to pay from Energy Assistance before you order). Then there is an upcharge if you ask to be serviced for any time other than what is convenient for them even though you are OUT OF FUEL because of your lack of $$$ to buy fuel. They may show a family attitude with their staff, but that is not the attitude they display to their customers. What would a little empathy and kindness cost, I wonder?

The secretary is wonderful. She was super super friendly and really helpful. We just switched to natural gas when they took over so I can't speak on the actually propane service. What I can speak on is trying to get our tank picked up. I called, they got us scheduled super fast which was amazing. The day of comes, my husband, my son and I are home, all of a sudden I get a call from an unknown number so I let it go to voice-mail. I listened to it right away. Our cars were in the way. I RAN outside and he was already gone. So I call back and he is leaving town and he'll fit us in where he can somewhere in the week. Monday comes around and nothing. So I called and scheduled another pickup for Friday. At some point on Tuesday he picked up our tank. Super chaotic propane guy .
