WORST POPEYES EVER!!! This I what I got when I ordered 3 piece dark chicken.

Food was warm not real hot though at 6pm. Young kids were trying, manager was hiding in the office when people needed help. A two piece with one extra side was $11, and you don't get a drink. That's not that bad, but ain't no sweet tea here or any tea. Not sure why Popeyes would allow that. Anyway my real complaint is that the side is already small, but to half fill it??!! See attached pictures. Poked a hole so you could reference outside to inside. Just isn't standard anywhere else to short the customer. I surely wasn't going to get the manager out of the office for that little issue. But quality was ok, but they are new. Owners better get a new person ASAP to run it.

At 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday night all the other food establishments in the rest stop were closed but this one. So I didn't have any choice paid $9.19 for three, chicken fingers and some nasty cold fries. My husband ordered a five piece chicken finger and only got four chicken fingers his was $10. Only one person working two others hiding in the back. Note to self find a good restaurant the next time.

Chicken was completely cold not even warm, and everything tasted and smelled like some left overs. They’re so lucky I was late and hungry and didn’t had time for drama otherwise they definitely deserved the food to be thrown back to their face. This place will ruin the Popeyes experience for you. I hope the management see this, I’m late can’t talk to them. Order# 9149

Well since it was the only restaurant open at the travel plaza, its not like I had any choice. I has to take my mandatory 30 minute break and it was after 2 pm and haven't eaten yet today. Got combo 9 the fish and popcorn shrimp with side of mashed potatoes and 3 jalapenos with a bottle of cherry coke to wash it down. It was better than I anticipated actually. Food was well cooked and pretty tasty. The 2 young women worked hard to keep up with the line up. Not a bad visit at all.

I've had Popeyes many times in my life.. and every time it's good. But this has been the second time, back to back mind you, that the spicy chicken has been trash. It's one thing that is trash by itself, it's another thing when it's trash and it cost so much. This particular location the prices are higher because of its location. I've never had bad pot pies before and back to back. This morning I get less than lukewarm chicken and it tastes not like it's supposed to, in a week before the exact same thing at a totally different time of day. I personally think it's whoever is cooking it, you know, whoever is making a chicken. Because they're just ain't no way you could be messing up chicken like that on a regular. Stuff like that makes you not want to eat at any location anymore. It just ruins the whole experience and expectation of things. It's like, I'm not going to even gamble with my money type of feeling. So I don't know, maybe in a couple of years, maybe not... But definitely never get in that location

If you want a Covid safe rest stop this is not it. Staff does not wear masks while preparing, serving or at check out. There are no plastic barriers. Good work Indiana!

Absolutely terrible service all around. People arguing in the back about what is right and what is wrong. Someone from Starbucks was helping them out because they are so understaffed. They cancelled our order instead of the person who was behind us who got their food first, so they had to look at our receipt to get our order right. Waited 30 minutes for the food to be ready. Nothing was timed right. They were out of stock of chicken tenders, fries, and cole slaw. The food was okay though.
