I brought my daughter here because she needed to learn how to stick up for and defend herself since she is going into middle school soon and was a very fearful, non confrontational, emotional girl. She cried on the way over to her free trial begging me not to do it. I chose for her to try the jiu jitsu class. Not even half way through the class she as all smiles and when it ended she asked when she could come back so I enrolled her. Within just a few months she turned into a completely different person. Her confidence sky rocketed even to the point of her wanting to compete. She also started taking the muay thai, boxing, and wrestling classes. I now have no worries for her going into middle school next year. I have also since enrolled my youngest son and he has a blast here as well. They have made great friends with the coaches and the other kids. Myself having a background in wrestling i do have to say they have the best wrestling program in the city. We are very satisfied with our choice to enroll here at ONE.

Really pumped to have my son join Ohana! He’s brand new to all of this. They have several programs to choose from and it’s a great place for all levels. The coaches and staff are experienced and connect great with both the kids and parents. Looking forward to watching my son grow and learn.

If your child is having any kind of discipline problems, this is a place for them. We had our first free class for our seven year old were absolutely amazed how discipline and focus you have to be to succeed at Ohana. Instructors really do care, super friendly and very clean environment with great vibes! My son Can’t wait to start soon!!

I’ve been here for almost 4 years and the gym is fantastic. Aaron and Leroy are some of the best jiu jitsu instructors I’ve ever seen. Trevor is also more than good enough to be a coach. The wrestling program is top notch for kids and adults. Muay Thai and MMA classes are legit and always engaging, and there’s even a great strength and conditioning class to supplement your training with. Outstanding all around. Not to mention the vibe there is awesome! 5 stars for sure

Great place to train, develop, and build community. Been coming for years, as have my kids. The scheduled offerings are perfect for my families busy schedule, and the coaches are fantastic. Starting two train later in life, I appreciate the coaches actually coaching to one’s abilities while still pushing for growth and development. No egos, no drama. Just a great place to better myself and my kids.

Wrestling wrestling wrestling! Since day one it has been at great experience. Great attentive coaches for first timers to experienced wrestlers of all levels. Amazing for those interested in traveling competitions or just to keep your kid active. We go here year around and have see a huge progress in just two years! They support all types of athletes although we only have ours in wresting. Easy assessable location and they support girls and women in all sports! Don’t forget you can get a workout in while your kids train!!!
