I was looking for deals online for Verizon and I thought I would go inside and ask, at first I went to the location next to Starbucks. They didn’t even acknowledge I was there, a “hello, we will be with you shortly” could have went a long way. But I am glad they ignored me, because I went to this location across from Walmart and that is where I met a pleasant young lady named Jenny. Not only did she greet me as she was helping someone else, she took the time to make sure I got the deals I was looking for. I have so much gratitude for Jenny. I got two phones and the iPad I was after. Jenny, you are an excellent saleswoman and I thank you so much for helping me, right before Christmas! I highly recommend her, and this location. I needed to purchase a phone that would be easy to use, as I am visually impaired. Tamar went above and beyond "the call of duty" in helping me select and then set up the new phone. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about setting up all the voices commands, and then made sure that I could use the phone independently before I left the store. I have had absolutely no issues in using the new phone on my own. Tamar is a great resource at the TCC store.
