Kelsey was amazing! She’s so sweet and does her best to make sure you’re satisfied with your service and your devices. She also helps you understand all the new features during an upgrade!

Kelsey is a breath of fresh air. While helping me she also assisted the other two techs, greeted every customer that walked in, and answered the phone if possible. She is as sharp and a tack, extremely kind, and easy to talk to. Great service McCook!

Charlie worked his butt off for me. He was as efficient as possible as he multitasked about 6 things at once and did them all very well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly offering great customer service.
