I prefer to park here if I’m traveling to NYC. There’s free parking which is great if you can get here before the spaces fill up.

My vehicle was stolen out of the lot. There's absolutely no camera's facing away from the tracks so it's pretty much a free for all if low life's choose to steal from there. Security is a joke.

Since they began enforcing parking fees there are many days that all single day spaces are filled and there are numerous monthly parking spots that are empty. You are allowed to park in those spots after 8:00 but that doesnt help commuters who have to take trains before that time.

I was so hopeful that we would finally have a new local train station but they missed the mark. Spots fill up super early and we just found out that after years of the station being open, the CT DOT has never enforced parking. Cars are left parked in areas where there aren't even spots. A parking garage or satellite lot (maybe across the street?) should have been built to accommodate people pulling up after 8AM. I've seen people parking at local businesses and getting towed because they need to catch a train and cant find parking. Disappointing.

This is a great station. My only problem is that the loud speaker announcement is so garbled, one does not know what is being said Can they fix it?
