If you go to CareLinc in Manistee, look for Jordan! He was the most helpful person I've ever come across in a store. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to actually LISTEN to what our needs were and what we were looking for and then guided us in the right direction. It felt like we've known him for years and were simply talking to a friend. He never once tried to pressure us into buying things we showed interest in, like most places do. We will definitely be going back there! Thank you, Jordan!

Kim did a wonderful job teaching me about my apap. I felt comfortable using it the very first time and know that if I have any issues at all, she will be there to help.😊

Kim was able to accommodate me by getting me my CPAP before I was to leave on my summer trip. She was also very thorough in explaining the CPAP machine features and operation.

I had the best experience at Care Linc in Manistee on Saturday, March 4th. I am from out of town, 3 hours away, and found that I had left a part of my CPap machine at home. Not only was employee, Janet Snyder, very friendly she went out of her way to find me the piece of my machine I had left at home. She was a life saver and made my weekend in Manistee much more enjoyable. Kudos to Janet and Manistee Care Linc.

The woman (Janice or Janet) I encountered just yesterday October 18th was very rude right from the get-go not nice at all. Nobody appreciates that kind of person when they're already going through a super hard time. And she asked me questions that were absolutely NONE of her business whatsoever. I just wanted to get the nebulizer machine so my son could breathe properly and not cough all day and all night. I swear some people just don't remember what it is like to have children that are sick or they don't have any at all and can just afford to be rude and conceited people. I hope nobody has to experience this the way I did.

Kim did a fantastic job of explaining, not only how to use and clean the machine, but also how this small addition could make a drastic and positive change in my life.
