Great service, wonderful trailer and we did this transaction smoothly. Robert was quick to responding and helped us with everything.

The overall experience was fine. The salesman, Clifford Carter was pleasent to interact with. The trailer (7x16x4, Norstar, dump-trailer) was of good quality. The price was fair and acceptable. The financing was easy and quick to get qualified. The trailer was not on location and had to be ordered. The deliver process needs to be modified a bit. I could not get a solid answer to its arrival. Upon taking delivery of the trailer, it was a pleasant experience.

We absolutely love and appreciate all of the hard work Robert put in to help us get our new work trailer! We came in from Dallas, spent 5 minutes signing our life away and we were good to go! Robert Ramirez has been consistently pleasant and very responsive throughout the process of me making multiple inquiries, even if I was just buying a simple utility cart. I never felt pressured nor hassled at any point and Robert was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole deal. As soon as I decided to finally make the drive, he made no reservations to accommodate me at closing time on a Saturday afternoon.
