It was a nice place Pat the receptionist was wonderful but the instructor for the water color painting class was not helpful at all...we wont go back to that class

Great Community location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for something to do and would like to meet new friends, this is the place to go. They have activities from education classes(diet/lifestyle,etc) to exercise classes as well as latest released movies (dvd). There's also a sales rep there every day if you need info on Medicare.

The lady who was supposed to be there was sick and when you have to depend on CityLift to come to pick you. Plus you've already scheduled the pickup and it is very hard on the driver's to be expected to pickup you if something goes wrong. So I just had to wait until my pickup time at 3:30.

I can't speak to the quality of the quality of Humana at the Pioneer Park, Peoria location, however, I do see the employees that smoke on their breaks, and leave their butts littered all over the ground by the bike trail on Pioneer Parkway. Ironic...they work for a hospital and they smoke AND litter. Not sure that either of those conditions can be treated and cured.

Great place to get your insurance an have it explained to you.

The staff is not impressive and I never get help when I go in there. It's easier to just call the business and talk overboard the phone.
