I'm very happy with the customer service.The Deer Park location has been excellent. I've made appointments at closer locations only to be told they need to cancel and reschedule. Deer Park has been fantastic.Its worth the 20-30 minute drive.

Andrew the service tech was amazing over the phone. Said come on down I’ll check it out have me the price for what I was asking about to replace my ear piece speaker . Was great price . Store was about to close he said come down anyway they had time . I walked in and he checked it out and said “ I am gonna try cleaning it out first .” Came back told me to give it a try and worked good as new . No charge I explained I attempted to clean it he explained they have special tools that really get in there and clean it . The store Manager when asked to have his info to make a call to let them know of truly amazing, and awesome work the boss came out with pride . I will never ever go anywhere else . If you’re looking for old school treatment with honesty and respect and knowing you’re getting the most for your hard earned money please don’t go anywhere else . They could have cleaned it out and charged me for what I was saying was wrong with it . Nope not Andrew and Matthew they sure have me for as long as they are around . Big thank you guys for fixing my phine super fast and for free . Hope I never need service again but if and when I do or anyone I love and or care about I will send them your way . Please never change your actions . We need more places like this around .

I wish I could give the Deer Park uBreakiFix location more than 5 stars. The manager, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations! I had a poor experience at a different uBreakiFix location. Matt came to the rescue. He made all the difference. I will be a long term customer and I will certainly spread the good word about the Deer Park location. I wish I had visited this location first. I would have saved a lot of time, money, and aggravation. Thank you so much Matt!!

I've filed insurance claims through Asurion over the years and this store has always been great. I was concerned that I may not be able to have the screen on my phone repaired, as it's a fairly new phone (S23 Ultra) and I thought the parts may be limited. I processed the claim in less than a minute and there was a $0 deductible. The insurance is absolutely worth it, especially if you're accident prone or have a rage-filled toddler like me. Walked in, dropped the phone off and it was done in about 90 minutes. Matt was extremely pleasant and helpful. He returned my phone in like-new condition, and even cleaned my Otterbox and dressed the phone back up. The rest of the team present seemed personable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store and thw services they offer.

I noticed the past few weeks my battery was dying on my iPhone. I called up Verizon and they told me that I needed to get my battery replaced. I was able to bring it to UBREAKIFIX of Deer Park. They told me to come right down and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Fast, courteous service on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend them.

The service provider was extremely helpful and performed excellent and efficient! All other stores told me that there's nothing they can do to fix my phone - till the end of the month! But this location solved the issue within an hour. Thank you!

I don't normally give reviews but I must say since the moment I step in the store customer service was UNMATCHED by Mathew, he was absolutely wonderful 👌 A+++++ not to mention repair was on point and on time. Even after my phone repair n I had another issue which was my fault, Mathew help with the diagnostic n repair at absolutely $0 change. I really am happy and appreciative because Mathew actually cared n that to me is EVERYTHING n he will ALWAYS have my business!

Hands down the best place to bring your broken screen devices. Matthew was beyond helpful and fixed my sons iPad screen in under an hour. Saved me a ton of money on having to buy a new iPad. Definitely recommend this place!!

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. My phone wasn’t charging or displaying anything and I took it to them and they just did a hard reset on my phone and I didn’t have to pay anything. Meanwhile another place was gonna charge me 80-200 to get it fixed when it turns out there wasn’t even an issue with my phone it was just glitched. Had a great experience and they saved me money.
