Pretty neat experience. They are so fast and efficient too! Drive on, and go! Awesome to see and be up close to a big ship as well!! Don't see that every day.

Great crew on the way there. On the way back some methhead with a baseball sized boil on his neck was rude and waved his hands around sporadically. Hopefully somebody lances that thing before it takes over as captain of the ship.

Fast reasonable service. Busy holiday weekend and they were running every 30 minutes. we waited 15 minutes to board. There are bathrooms and afood truck at the line up area. Very short time to your destination Just drive on:the deck hand will take your credit card Easy enough.

About a 5 min trip across, very fast and efficient. First time on the island for us and would come back again when we have more trail worthy vehicles.

Visited on a Friday evening around 5 PM and it wasn't busy so there wasn't a long wait at all. The process was smooth and easy. On the way from the island the wait was longer and it took about 30 minutes from pulling up to get back to the U.P. Overall, not too shabby and thereare porta-potties available prior to driving onto the ferry.

Two different days but still the same smooth ride.

First time at drummond island, Got in line from a side street because someone let us in and soon as we get to the ferry some crew member started yelling at us that we cut in line. We had no idea there was a legitimate line and we were just following the person who waved us in! He could've been much more professional and nicer. Started our whole experience off on a bad note. I understand that we unintentionally cut an apparently very sacred line but come on. Learn how to talk to people
