I was introduced to Jimmy by the sales manager and it was nothing a positive experience from then on. Jimmy was straight forward, to the point and put me in a new lease at the price i wanted to be at. Rey helped me do a thorough walk-around once on-site. I had no problem reserving the vehicle to give me time to get there for a test drive. The stock at this dealership was much better than my own local Acura dealer, so the trip was worth it. Pricing is fair & there were no exorbitant dealer fees. Everyone on staff was extremely knowledgeable about Acura products and could answer any questions I had. I am so pleased with the customer service that I would actually feel very comfortable coming to this dealer for regular service if I am in the area, I pass by frequently. One thing I really appreciated was the no pressure sales atmosphere. These guys are confident in their products & service, so they make offers, but they do not put undue pressure on the customer.
