I brought my grandmother in for a hearing test and aids. We had the best experience. The sweetest staff in any medical office I have been in. We left with more knowledge and information than we previously got at a Mercy hearing dr. The Mercy dr office felt like an assembly line and we were in and out, with no call back in a month. At this place we left with the hearing aids ordered and my grandma was so happy and felt taken care of.

Hearing Care Partners is a great place. Staff is very professional, efficient and caring. Has improved my life significantly now that I can hear properly. No more muffled conversations and missing kids and grand kids conversations.

Very thorough interview and testing process. Prompt and personable service. Just had another in the string of great experiences there! And another still. A quarterly “tune up” is included in the program and that’s really nice. Update - I got new hearing aids a few months ago. They are noticeably better and I'm still a very happy client

I felt completely at ease with Jonathan who administered my test and explained the features of different hearing aids. He was knowledgeable and professional and I appreciate that I was treated with respect and kindness. I was so excited on my first Sunday with my new hearing devices. I was in my Bible study class and my praise was I can hear everyone in class! I had been in that class and had never been able to hear only the teacher!! It was wonderful!!
