I've
been
a
customer
of
this
store
for
8
years
after
moving
from
another
state
and
being
completely
new
to
the
area.

ago,
I
walked
in
with
the
intent
of
buying
a
new
sewing
machine.
Emily
took
me
on.
She
asked
what
I
was
looking
for,
what
I
wanted
it
to
do,
what
I
was
using
at
the
time.
Instead
of
suggesting
the
biggest
and
baddest,
she
led
me
over
to
another
machine.
After
her
detailed
explanation
of
it's
features,
she
had
me
sold
and
I
walked
out
with
one.
To
this
day
I
STILL
appreciate
the
time
she
took
to
assist
me
in
a
fabulous,
spot-on
purchase.
Nowadays,
it's
just
fun
walking
in
and
being
recognized
by
the
staff
who
know
their
stuff.
It
feels
like
an
extension
of
home.
Their
inventory
and
customer
service
(including
machine
repairs
and
maintenance)
are
exceptional,
they
know
exactly
what
they
have
and
if
they
don't
have
it,
and
if
possible,
they'll
get
it
in.
They're
also
very
helpful
with
quilting
questions
and
situations.
The
staff
are
ALWAYS
upbeat,
fun
and
have
a
great
time
with
their
customers!
Proud
to
say
it's
my
#1
store
for
fabric
and
quilting
supplies.
