I recently had a wonderful experience at the Queen May jewelry store on two occasions. I had questions about a Rolex watch I purchased on line. The owners were very pleasant and helpful although I had made the purchase elsewhere. The second occasion I needed an adjustment on a watch band which was not purchased from their store. The owners did the adjustment for me and would not accept any payment for their service. I consider that excellent customer service and very good public relations. The next time I need to purchase a watch or jewelry I will definitely visit Queen May Jewelry store and I highly recommend them.
