Great product. My bench looks awesome in my yard. A bit expensive and took a long time to receive but I am happy so far.

We highly recommend Polly Products. Their customer service is top-notch. For our family, it was finding the perfect memorial bench honoring our brother who passed away in September 2022. The staff helped us with design and quickly responded to any questions we had during the process. If you choose to assemble the item yourself, the assembly instructions are very complete & make assembly easy. The bench is now located at the US 131 Motorsports Park where our brother spent many years racing.

I purchased a Park Classic 6' Bench from Polly Products. After some time, two of the slats were noticeably defective. I notified the company and they promptly got back to me and asked me to send some pictures. Within 24 hours, they approved a warranty claim and sent me the appropriate replacement parts. They stand behind their products and offer top notch service.

I love our bench for my son. Adam went out of his way not only to help find a beautiful bench for Brandon’s memory, but he went above and beyond. My son was a Grateful Dead fan and I really wanted the dancing bears on his bench. Since there was a copyright law, I wasn’t able to get it. Adam took a week making phone calls to Grateful Dead and finally got it approved. Meant the world and to me and is so beautiful! Polly products has been amazing to purchase from! Their customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. We purchased a bench from them years ago and it has held up in all kinds of weather and still looks great! This year we decided to buy two more. One of them arrived with a top that was a little warped, they immediately took action and even replaced it with an upgraded bench at no charge to us. They stand behind their products 100%. You can call or email and actually talk to one of their staff! I love that their products are made from recycled material and are made in the USA. They are beautiful, sturdy & very comfortable.
